苏州市乡村旅游综合体规划研究

【摘要】：旅游综合体以其丰富的旅游活动和多元化的开发方式迎合了旅游者休闲度假、文化体验、商务会议等多方面的旅游需求，逐渐成为人们关注的热点。目前，旅游综合体项目的开发建设多集中于城市地区，较少涉及到乡村，乡村旅游综合体的开发规划研究是具有一定探索性的。本文以苏州传统村落为案例，对乡村旅游综合体的规划进行了理论探讨及案例的实证研究。首先，对乡村旅游综合体进行了基础性研究。从其概念界定、基本特征、影响因素、开发条件、开发方式几个方面解析了乡村旅游综合体的属性特征。其次，构建了乡村旅游综合体规划指引。以新建型、整合型、提升型三种开发方式为依据，分别从功能体系、空间布局、主题形象、服务设施、规模等级等几个方面进行乡村旅游综合体规划指引导向。然后，进行了实证案例分析。分别选取了苏州市东村、陆巷杨湾村、三山岛为新建型、整合型、提升型案例。从案例的开发条件和规划两个方面入手对其进行了乡村旅游综合体规划研究。并在此基础上，对三种开发方式进行了总结归纳，明确了各种开发方式的规划侧重点。最后，，对乡村旅游综合体规划实施保证提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism complex with its rich tourism activities and diversified development methods to meet the tourist leisure vacation, cultural experience, business meeting and other aspects of tourism needs, gradually become the focus of attention. At present, the development and construction of tourism complex projects are mostly concentrated in urban areas, less involved in rural areas, rural tourism complex development planning research has a certain exploration. Taking Suzhou traditional village as an example, this paper discusses the planning of rural tourism complex theoretically and empirically. First of all, the rural tourism complex has carried on the basic research. From its concept definition, basic characteristics, influencing factors, development conditions and development methods, this paper analyzes the attribute characteristics of rural tourism complex. Secondly, the planning guidance of rural tourism complex is constructed. According to the three development methods of new type, integration type and promotion type, the planning guidance of rural tourism complex is carried out from the aspects of function system, spatial layout, theme image, service facilities, scale grade and so on. Then, the empirical case analysis is carried out. Selected Suzhou Dongcun, Luxiang Yangwan Village, Sanshan Island for the new type, integration, promotion cases. This paper studies the planning of rural tourism complex from two aspects of case development condition and planning. On the basis of this, three kinds of development methods are summarized, and the planning emphases of each kind of development methods are clarified. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to guarantee the planning of rural tourism complex.
