眺望系统在城市景观风貌规划中的应用初探——以南海金融区景观风貌规划为例

【摘要】：文章讨论如何在快速大规模的城市规划建设过程中对城市景观进行有效的控制。人对景观最直观的感受是视觉感知,在城市规划设计中应作为一个重要的因素进行控制;同时,从城市规划的管理和实施的角度来看,必须尽可能将城市景观的视觉感知转化为可量化的参数指标,实现眺望视线的可控性。通过探讨创建基于人眼视觉原理的视域计算模型和景观视域计算方法,结合城市空间的功能属性,找出城市景观的最佳眺望点。并在此基础上建立"眺望对象-眺望点"的对应性的眺望系统模型,对系统模型的各个要素进行控制,形成城市景观眺望的控制方法。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses how to control urban landscape effectively in the process of rapid and large-scale urban planning and construction. Visual perception is the most intuitionistic feeling of landscape, which should be controlled as an important factor in urban planning and design. At the same time, from the point of view of management and implementation of urban planning, As far as possible, the visual perception of urban landscape must be transformed into quantifiable parameter index to realize the controllability of overlooking line of sight. Based on the principle of human vision, the visual field calculation model and the method of landscape horizon calculation are established, and the optimal overlooking point of urban landscape is found by combining the functional attributes of urban space. On the basis of this, the corresponding overlooking system model of "overlooking object-overlooking point" is established, each element of the system model is controlled, and the control method of urban landscape overlooking is formed.
