钢管混凝土边框连接装置及力学性能研究

【摘要】:钢管混凝土节点连接设计及性能的优劣直接影响预制钢管混凝土剪力墙结构体系整体抗震性能和推广应用。预制钢管混凝土剪力墙结构体系是一种适合于工业化生产、以现场装配为基础的新型高层建筑结构体系,是基于建筑节能减排和住宅产业化发展及要求进行研发的。课题来源于国家自然科学基金:预制钢管混凝土边框剪力墙及其力学性能研究(51278164)。文中通过研究设计出套筒式连接(湿连接)和机械连接(干连接)两种类型,并以此为研究对象,通过试验研究和数值分析不同类型钢管混凝土节点连接装置的力学性能和破坏特征。 针对套筒式连接方式,共进行了2个节点直剪性能试验和1片采用该方式连接的钢管混凝土墙板试验。由于套筒式连接中套筒对高强灌浆料的三向约束,力学性能发挥充分,有效实现力的传递,且具有无需现场焊接、施工方便、延性好等特点,试验结果和基于ABAQUS软件的有限元分析表明,该连接方式传力明确、安全可靠,施工简便,优先建议采用该类型实现钢管混凝土节点的连接。 对于机械连接方式,分为单卡槽和双卡槽两种,各进行1个连接试件进行试验研究和数值分析。该连接方式属于干连接,依靠卡槽接触实现力的传递,试验结果表明,该连接方式表现出良好的力学性能,,且具有连接可靠、传力明确等特点。同时该连接要求施工精度高,否则卡槽接触不良而影响整体连接性能。因此,根据实际工程要求采用该连接类型。 在试验研究和有限元分析基础上,提出钢管混凝土节点连接设计建议:进一步对套筒式连接方式进行多变化参数试验或数值分析,以便优化连接设计,更好应用于装配式钢管混凝土组合剪力墙结构设计中。
[Abstract]:The joint design and performance of concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) joints directly affect the seismic behavior of precast CFST shear wall structure system and its popularization and application. Precast concrete filled steel tubular shear wall structure system is a new type of high-rise building structure system which is suitable for industrial production and based on field assembly. It is based on building energy saving and emission reduction and the development and requirement of housing industrialization. The subject comes from the National Natural Science Foundation: precast concrete filled steel tube frame shear wall and its mechanical properties. In this paper, two types of sleeve connection (wet connection) and mechanical connection (dry connection) are designed. The mechanical properties and failure characteristics of different types of concrete-filled steel tubular joints are studied and numerically analyzed. In view of the sleeve connection, two joint direct shear tests and one concrete filled steel tube wall board test were carried out. Because of the three-way constraint of sleeve to high-strength grouting material in sleeve connection, the mechanical properties play a full role, the transfer of force is realized effectively, and it has the characteristics of no spot welding, convenient construction, good ductility and so on. The test results and finite element analysis based on ABAQUS software show that the connection mode is clear, safe and reliable, and easy to construct. It is recommended that the connection of concrete-filled steel tubular joints should be realized by this type of joint. For mechanical connection, there are two types of mechanical connection: single slot and double slot. One connection specimen is tested and analyzed numerically. The connection mode belongs to the dry connection and the force transfer is realized by the contact of the slot. The test results show that the connection mode has good mechanical properties and has the characteristics of reliable connection and clear transmission. At the same time, the connection requires high construction precision, otherwise the poor contact of the slot affects the overall performance of the connection. Therefore, according to the actual engineering requirements to adopt this type of connection. On the basis of experimental research and finite element analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions for joint design of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) joints: further multi-variable parameter tests or numerical analysis are carried out to optimize the connection design. It is better applied in the structural design of assembled concrete filled steel tube (CFST) composite shear wall.
