南宁青秀山森林植物园工程效益评价研究

【摘要】：随着经济和社会的不断发展,生态和环境越来越受到人们的重视。而在城市森林旅游蓬勃发展的过程中,森林公园因独特的自然生态价值和景观游憩价值而备受市民的喜爱。特别是靠近城市、享有城市“绿肺”和“后花园”美誉的森林公园,更是成为旅游规划与开发的发展趋势。因而针对森林公园的效益评价也是非常必要的。项目效益评价是评估项目价值的基础,是指导项目业主投资开发的根本,同时也是项目投资预测的关键和核心,一般包括经济效益评价、社会效益评价和生态效益评价。森林公园效益评价研究的目的就在于正确认识森林公园所具有的旅游经济价值、社会价值和生态价值,以便进一步加深项目管理者、投资者和旅游者对森林公园总体效益和价值的认识,为类似项目的开发建设提供效益评估参考意见。本文以南宁青秀山森林植物园工程为研究对象,结合森林旅游及森林公园的特点,运用项目管理效益评价的相关理论,采用定量和定性分析等方法,从项目开发建设的角度对青秀山森林植物园的经济效益、社会效益及生态效益进行了综合效益的评价分析。旨在通过分析和研究,为森林公园项目的投资建设建立较为系统的效益评价指标体系,为类似的森林公园综合评价提供有效的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, people pay more and more attention to ecology and environment. In the process of vigorous development of urban forest tourism, forest park is popular with the public because of its unique natural ecological value and landscape recreation value. Especially the forest park, which is close to the city and enjoys the reputation of "green lung" and "back garden", has become the developing trend of tourism planning and development. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the benefits of forest parks. The evaluation of project benefit is the basis of evaluating the value of the project and the foundation of guiding the investment and development of the project owner. It is also the key and core of the forecast of the project investment, which generally includes the evaluation of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. The purpose of the study on forest park benefit evaluation is to correctly understand the tourism economic value, social value and ecological value of forest park, so as to further deepen the project manager. The cognition of investors and tourists to the overall benefit and value of the forest park provides a reference for the development and construction of similar projects. This paper takes the project of Qingxiu Mountain Forest Botanical Garden in Nanning as the research object, combines the characteristics of forest tourism and forest park, applies the relevant theories of project management benefit evaluation, and adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, etc. The economic, social and ecological benefits of Qingxiu Mountain Forest Botanical Garden are evaluated and analyzed from the point of view of project development and construction. The purpose of this paper is to establish a systematic benefit evaluation index system for the investment and construction of forest park projects through analysis and research, and to provide an effective reference for the similar comprehensive evaluation of forest parks.
