海南滨海度假酒店园林水景设计研究

【摘要】：海南滨海度假酒店是对酒店所处的地域和酒店功能的限定,海南的滨海度假酒店拥有丰富的自然资源并充分利用这些资源,受到国内外游客的青睐。滨海度假酒店所依靠的就是其滨海景观条件,海南的海洋环境优美,特色鲜明,滨海度假酒店将在这里得到长足快速的发展。滨海度假酒店的建设主要包括建筑和环境两个部分,水景是环境建设必不可少的部分,以往对滨海度假酒店的研究主要集中建筑方面和环境景观方面,但是对于环境景观的重要组成部分水景却一笔带过,没有深入的研究,希望通过本文对滨海度假酒店的水景设计方面能有比较全面的了解。首先,论文通过对相关文献资料的研究,阐述了滨海酒店与酒店水景的概念,对滨海的地域界定,对酒店“度假”功能的解读,滨海度假酒店的分类及在海南的分布,提出度假酒店水景设计的相关理论基础。其次,主要从水景形态、水景功能、水景布局等几个方面总结了不同区域、不同类型的海南滨海度假酒店水景现状,根据水景现状总结海南滨海度假酒店中的水景类型、特征与作用,之后分析了地形、建筑及酒店与海景的关系对滨海度假酒店水景的影响,选取海南不同时期、不同地域以及既不同时期又不同地域的典型滨海度假酒店实例进行水景分析。最后总结海南滨海度假酒店水景亲水设施少,不能满足亲水性；套用国外风格,没有自己特色；设计手法老套,没有创新元素这几个现存问题。并提出滨海度假酒店水景设计的几项基本原则及针对存在问题提出增加亲水设施、增强空间体验感、满足亲水需求；保持与时俱进,加入创新元素；添加地域文化,提升自身特色的几项对策。
[Abstract]:The Hainan seaside resort is limited to the regional and hotel functions of the hotel. The coastal resort hotel in Hainan has rich natural resources and full use of these resources. It is favored by tourists both at home and abroad. The coastal resort hotel relies on its coastal landscape conditions. The marine environment of Hainan is beautiful, distinctive and seaside. There will be a rapid and rapid development of the fake hotel. The construction of the coastal resort hotel mainly includes two parts of the building and the environment. The waterscape is an essential part of the environment construction. The previous research on the coastal resort hotel mainly concentrated on the building and the environment and landscape, but the important part of the environmental landscape is one of the waterscape. There is no in-depth study of the pen, and I hope that we can have a comprehensive understanding of the waterfront design of the seaside resort hotel through this article.
First, through the study of relevant literature, this paper expounds the concept of The Marine Hotel and hotel waterscape, the definition of the coastal region, the interpretation of the hotel "holiday" function, the classification of the coastal resort hotel and the distribution in Hainan, and put forward the theoretical basis for the waterscape design of the Resort Hotel. Secondly, it mainly from the water landscape form and the water view work. The waterscape of different regions and different types of Hainan coastal resort hotel is summarized, and the waterscape types, characteristics and functions of Hainan seaside resort hotel are summarized according to the current situation. The influence of the terrain, building, hotel and sea view on the waterscape of the coastal resort hotel is analyzed, and the difference between Hainan and the waterscape is selected. The waterscape analysis of typical coastal resort hotels in different regions and different periods and different regions. Finally, it is concluded that the waterscape hydrophilic facilities of Hainan seaside resort are few, can not meet the hydrophilicity, and apply foreign style, have no own characteristics; the design techniques are old-fashioned and have no innovative elements. Several basic principles of waterscape design of the coastal resort hotel and some countermeasures are proposed to increase hydrophilic facilities, enhance the sense of space experience, meet the hydrophilic needs, keep pace with the times, add innovative elements, add regional culture and improve their own characteristics.
