“三生协调”思路下的村庄规划编制方法研究——以随州市丁湾村村庄规划为例

【摘要】：村庄生产、生活和生态系统的协调发展正在逐步成为我国新型城镇化发展和破解城乡二元结构的重要举措。在此背景下,传统的村庄规划编制方法逐步表现出其不适应的方面,应当基于"三生协调"的发展要求,科学合理的谋划村庄发展路径,以保障村庄发展的动力和活力。本文主要以湖北省随州市丁湾村为例,针对村庄编制中存在的主要问题,全面解析了乡村地区"三生协调"的发展内涵,系统阐述了在"三生协调"要求下村庄规划编制的创新思路,以期为农业、农村、农民协调发展下的村庄规划思路起到一定的理论参考作用。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of village production, life and ecosystem is becoming an important measure to develop new urbanization and break the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China. Under this background, the traditional method of village planning and compilation gradually shows its inadaptability, and should plan the path of village development scientifically and reasonably based on the development requirement of "coordination of three students", so as to ensure the motive force and vitality of village development. Based on the example of Ding Wan Village in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, aiming at the main problems existing in village compilation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development connotation of "Sansheng Coordination" in rural areas. This paper systematically expounds the innovative ideas of village planning and compilation under the requirement of "three students coordination", in order to play a certain theoretical reference role in the village planning under the coordinated development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
