基于安义地区非历史性保护住宅的改造技术研究

【摘要】：绝大多数的农村住宅在建制过程中,受经济条件的制约,且缺乏专业的施工设计人员的统一指导,进行建设时没有准确的把握好材料的运用,在该种情形下,大家就会套用别家的布局方式,对于建筑造型几乎不会考虑,更别说美学在建制设计中的应用了。在建造的过程中,不但需要付出时间、经济、人力,而且对资源也是严重的浪费。现代村镇居民生活注重节约,但又追求品质,住宅改造就成为提升生活水平、节省开销的最佳方式。村镇住宅建筑多为砖混结构或框架结构,使用年限一般都超过30年。改革开放以来,我国村镇经济迅猛发展,村镇居民收入大幅增加,在不重建的前提下改造住宅建筑是不二的选择。本文选择了具有代表性的安义长埠地区老旧住宅建筑群作为研究案例,研究时是把80年代的住宅的特点进行了重点分析,并结合实地调研、测绘,深入了解居民的改造需求,最终形成了一套比较适宜农村住宅改造的方案。在进行论文编写时也翻阅了跟此相关的文献资料,了解了改造的国内外现状,加以进行分析比较。最后,针对长埠农村的旧住宅,本着改造的经济保障体制及改造的原则,为改善村民的住宅环境及提高住宅居住的舒适度,提出了有针对性的改造设计策略和适宜农村住宅改造的一些方法。
[Abstract]:In the process of construction, the vast majority of rural houses are restricted by economic conditions, and lack the unified guidance of professional construction designers. In the course of construction, there is no accurate grasp of the use of materials. In this case, everyone will apply the layout of other families, hardly consider the architectural modeling, let alone aesthetic in the construction system. In the process of construction, it not only needs to pay time, economy, manpower and resources, but also is a serious waste of resources. The life of modern villages and towns is more economical, but also the pursuit of quality. Housing transformation is the best way to improve the living standard and save the cost. The residential buildings in village and town are mostly brick concrete structure or frame structure. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our villages and towns has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. The income of the villages and towns has increased greatly. It is a choice to reconstruct the residential buildings without reconstructing. This paper chooses the typical old and old residential buildings in the city as a case study. The study is about the housing in 80s. The characteristics are analyzed in detail, and combined with field investigation, surveying and mapping, in depth understanding of the needs of the residents' transformation, a set of more suitable scheme for rural housing transformation has been formed. In order to improve the villager's residential environment and improve the comfort degree of the residence, the old residence of the village, in accordance with the reform of the economic security system and the principle of transformation, puts forward some pertinent reform design strategies and some methods suitable for the transformation of rural residence.
