建筑施工企业信息化的研究与应用

【摘要】：随着经济的发展,激烈的国际竞争对建筑施工企业提出了很大的挑战,特别是生产效率和管理理念。建筑施工企业如何在这机遇和挑战并存的时代突出重围,实现从粗放型向集约型的转变,这成为摆在当前一个迫切的问题。因此,信息化的应用和建设成为建筑施工企业提高核心竞争力的途径。近几年,信息化技术日新月异,网络技术、虚拟施工、信息化的项目管理等技术都得到广泛的应用。同时政府部门也提倡施工企业信息化,提出了施工企业信息化发展纲要,对信息化提出明确的要求和指导意见。总之,施工企业的信息化还属于初始阶段,在软件的集成、动态管理、信息共享等方面还存在很多不足,与国外差距较大。施工企业信息化是一个稳步推进、缓慢渗透的系统工程,信息化的建设要以施工企业的基本情况为依托,同时更新管理理念和思想,梳理再造流程,需要人员、环境、管理模式等多方面协调和统筹考虑,才能实现信息技术与施工管理相融合,达到精细化管理的目的。本论文的研究是以建筑施工企业信息化建设为背景,同时结合具体企业和工程,通过参与建设集团信息化的建设和具体工程项目的信息化应用,研究施工企业信息化在建设和应用中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,希望对信息化的推广提供经验。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the fierce international competition has posed a great challenge to the construction enterprises, especially the production efficiency and management concept. How to break out the tight encirclement in the times of both opportunity and challenge and realize the transformation from extensive type to intensive type has become an urgent problem at present. Therefore, the application and construction of information become the way to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, network technology, virtual construction, information project management and other technologies have been widely used. At the same time, the government department also advocates the construction enterprise informatization, puts forward the construction enterprise informatization development outline, puts forward the clear request and the guidance opinion to the construction enterprise informationization. In short, the informatization of construction enterprises is still in the initial stage, and there are still many shortcomings in software integration, dynamic management, information sharing and so on. The informatization of construction enterprise is a system engineering with steady progress and slow penetration. The construction of informatization should be based on the basic situation of the construction enterprise, at the same time update the management idea and thought, sort out the reengineering process, need personnel and environment, In order to realize the integration of information technology and construction management, and to achieve the goal of fine management, the management mode and other aspects can be coordinated and considered as a whole. The research of this paper is based on the information construction of construction enterprises, at the same time, combined with the specific enterprises and projects, through the participation of the construction group information construction and the application of the specific project information. This paper studies the problems existing in the construction and application of informatization in construction enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, hoping to provide experience for the popularization of informatization.
