高层电梯层门在火灾情况下的耐火试验研究

【摘要】:随着高层建筑的不断发展,高层建筑的火灾问题越来越受到人们的关注。在火灾情况下电梯是不能作为逃生工具用于逃生的,.主要受限于电梯层门的耐火性能。本文针对高层电梯层门进行耐火试验研究,通过研制耐火试验装置、确定试验方法、仿真分析及耐火试验来探究电梯层门的耐火性能,主要的研究内容及成果如下:(1)构建了电梯层门耐火试验装置总体布局,包括加热炉、燃气系统、数据采集系统及控制分析系统,针对数据采集系统采用了相应的测量仪器及研制了相应的温度测量系统、压力测量系统、气体泄漏量测量系统;(2)确定了电梯层门耐火试验的试验方法,包括相应的试验原理、试验条件、试验程序、评估标准及数据分析,其中,试验条件包括升温条件、压力条件及层门样件,数据分析包括气体泄漏量的计算、压力修正;(3)利用ANSYS对电梯层门进行了热-应力耦合分析,研究了电梯层门在受火过程中的温度、应力分布状况,优化设计了电梯层门结构,发现,通过合理布置层门背火面加强筋的间隔、数量可以有效降低层门受火面上出现的最高温度区域的范围;(4)进行了电梯层门耐火试验,分析了试验结果,并与仿真结果进行了比对,发现试验结果与仿真结果能很好地吻合,最后评估了电梯层门的耐火性能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of high-rise buildings, people pay more and more attention to the fire problem of high-rise buildings. Elevators cannot be used as a means of escape in case of fire. Mainly limited by the elevator door fire resistance. In this paper, the fire resistance of the elevator door is studied. Through the development of the fire resistance test device, the test method, simulation analysis and fire resistance test are made to explore the fire resistance of the elevator layer door. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) the overall layout of fire resistance test device for elevator door is constructed, including heating furnace, gas system, data acquisition system and control and analysis system. For the data acquisition system, the corresponding measuring instruments are adopted and the corresponding temperature measuring system, pressure measuring system and gas leakage measuring system are developed. The test method for the fire resistance test of the elevator door is determined, including the corresponding test principle. Test conditions, test procedures, evaluation criteria and data analysis, in which test conditions include heating conditions, pressure conditions and layer door samples, and data analysis includes the calculation of gas leakage, Using ANSYS to analyze the thermal-stress coupling of the elevator door, the temperature and stress distribution of the elevator door in the course of fire are studied, and the structure of the elevator floor door is optimized. By reasonably arranging the interval of reinforcement bars on the back fire surface of the layer door, the quantity can effectively reduce the range of the highest temperature area on the fire surface of the layer door. The fire resistance test of the elevator door is carried out. The test results are analyzed and compared with the simulation results. It is found that the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. Finally, the fire resistance of the elevator door is evaluated.
