基于防洪排涝的城市道路绿地景观设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化的快速发展,城市硬质化率的不断攀升,导致一系列的“城市病”,这其中就包括日益严重的“洪涝危机”。针对这一现象,本文以城市道路绿地为研究载体,对具有防洪排涝功能的景观设计进行研究,初探基于防洪排涝功能的城市道路绿地景观体系。论文首先针对过快城市化引起的“洪涝危机”、“水污染危机”、“缺水危机”等一系列自然问题,以及传统城市市政排水基础设施能效缺失所导致的管理问题进行分析,并提出先进雨洪资源利用管理体系的必要性和可行性。然后,界定国内外有关“如何运用城市道路绿地景观设计理念解决城市防洪排涝问题”相对成熟的理论指导和较为完善的技术规范,为全文提供理论依据。其次,针对过快城市化引起的“洪涝危机”进行现状、成因、特征以及影响这四个方面的分析,并阐述传统城市市政排水基础设施存在的种种问题,预判今后我国城市生态基础设施体系的发展趋势,罗列基于防洪排涝功能的城市道路绿地景观体系的优势,为全文提供背景依据。再次,提出基于防洪排涝功能的城市道路绿地景观体系的设计目标与原则、设计设施以及设计要点等方面,为该体系提供方法论。最后,在前述理论研究的基础上,论文以“天津大学海河教育园校区景观规划与设计方案”为例,对如何在实际项目中通过运用道路绿地景观设计理念解决区域或场地内的防洪排涝问题进行论证,并作为全文的实践论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the rate of urban rigidity is rising, which leads to a series of "urban diseases", including the increasingly serious "flood crisis". In view of this phenomenon, this paper takes urban road green space as the research carrier, carries on the research to the landscape design which has the function of flood control and drainage, and probes into the landscape system of the urban road green space based on the function of flood control and drainage. Firstly, the paper analyzes a series of natural problems, such as "flood crisis", "water pollution crisis" and "water shortage crisis" caused by rapid urbanization, as well as the management problems caused by the lack of energy efficiency of municipal drainage infrastructure in traditional cities. The necessity and feasibility of advanced rainwater resources management system are put forward. Then, it defines the relatively mature theoretical guidance and relatively perfect technical specifications about "how to use the concept of urban road green space landscape design to solve the problem of urban flood control and drainage" at home and abroad, and provides the theoretical basis for the full text. Secondly, in view of the "flood crisis" caused by the rapid urbanization, this paper analyzes the current situation, causes, characteristics and impacts of these four aspects, and expounds the problems existing in the traditional municipal drainage infrastructure. The future development trend of urban ecological infrastructure system in China is forecasted, and the advantages of urban road green space landscape system based on flood control and drainage function are listed, which provides the background basis for the full text. Thirdly, the design objectives and principles, design facilities and design essentials of urban road green space landscape system based on flood control and drainage function are put forward to provide methodology for this system. Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, the thesis takes the "Landscape Planning and Design Scheme of Haihe Education Park, Tianjin University" as an example. This paper demonstrates how to solve the flood control and waterlogging problem in the area or site by using the concept of road green space landscape design in the actual project, and as a practical discussion of the full text.
