【摘要】：制度设计是组织有效运行的基本保障,制度设计的思想体现了组织的效率和价值,卓越的企业最明显的组织特征就是表现在制度设计和制度管理的优势上。因此,通过深入研究组织管理现状,构建完善的组织管理体系,达到提高组织效率的目的,获取企业利益最大化,是现代企业管理者所关注的问题。工作效率降低是由多方面原因决定的,组织管理中存在的诸多问题都有可能降低员工的工作满意度,进而导致员工的工作积极性下降,造成企业整体的工作效率降低,当企业员工的工作效率持续低下时,领导往往会将起因归结于员工本身的工作能力或个人素质,又间接导致了无法根据企业实际来随时调整企业的组织管理架构,促进企业的生存与发展。本文以JC设计院为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,对企业战略、组织结构、人力资源、内部运营及企业文化等企业管理中的多方面问题进行调研,通过一系列统计数据,了解企业内部管理现状,发现问题、分析问题并解决问题,同时提出了强化管理,推进企业多元化发展;贯彻质量管理工作,优化服务理念;完善企业管理制度,优化组织机构;以人为本,建立以提升核心竞争力为目的的人力资源管理对策;树立核心价值观,构建和谐发展的企业文化五条决策和建议,完善企业组织管理水平,促进企业稳定发展。
[Abstract]:The system design is the basic guarantee of the effective operation of the organization. The thought of the system design embodies the efficiency and value of the organization. The most obvious organizational characteristic of the outstanding enterprise is the superiority of the system design and the system management. Therefore, through the in-depth study of the current situation of organizational management, the construction of a sound organizational management system, to achieve the purpose of improving organizational efficiency, to maximize the interests of enterprises, is the modern enterprise managers are concerned about the problem. The reduction of work efficiency is decided by many reasons. Many problems in organization and management may reduce the employee's job satisfaction, and then lead to the decrease of the employee's working enthusiasm, resulting in the reduction of the overall working efficiency of the enterprise. When the work efficiency of the employees in an enterprise continues to be low, the leaders often attribute the cause to the work ability or personal quality of the employees themselves, and indirectly lead to the inability to adjust the organizational management structure of the enterprise at any time according to the actual situation of the enterprise. To promote the survival and development of enterprises. This article takes JC Design Institute as the research object, through the way of questionnaire, carries on the investigation to the enterprise strategy, the organization structure, the human resources, the internal operation and the enterprise culture and so on enterprise management many aspects question, through a series of statistical data, Understand the present situation of enterprise internal management, find problems, analyze problems and solve problems. At the same time, we propose to strengthen management, promote the diversified development of enterprises, carry out quality management work, optimize service concept, perfect enterprise management system, Optimize the organization, set up the human resource management countermeasure with the aim of promoting the core competence, set up the core values, construct the five decisions and suggestions of harmonious development of the enterprise culture, perfect the level of the organization management of the enterprise.
