黄果树景区农业旅游景观规划的研究与实践

【摘要】：在绿色生态旅游逐渐风靡的现代，农业旅游成为生态旅游的代表走进人们的视野。农业旅游作为传统农业与现代旅游业相结合的产物，同时具备生态观光、休闲娱乐、度假体验、康体养生和科普知识的功能。观光农业园作为农业旅游的核心，打造将农业生产、农耕文化、农业观光、休闲娱乐、风土民俗、度假养生以及农业科技示范等融为一体，实现低碳生态、经济与社会效益完美结合的新型园区。此论文针对风景秀美的黄果树风景名胜区，研究其农业旅游系统以及景观体系具有重要的现实意义。本论文以农业旅游景观规划建设的理论研究和具体项目实践为基础，通过对国内外农业旅游的发展史和对观光农业园的景观构成要素的设计方法的解读，以黄果树农业旅游景观规划为实例，采用文献分析法、实地调查法、案例分析法以及跨学科研究法等，对农业旅游的核心观光农业园进行全方位的研究和实践分析，探讨出观光农业园的景观构成要素。得出以下结论： 1.在理论层面上，基于对农业旅游景观设计的研究，提出了在农业旅游系统中建立观光农业、立体农业、生态农业、循环农业于一体的复合型农业模式，并强调在实际建设过程中，加强彼此之间的协作、联系。在兼顾景观效果的同时，充分挖掘农业生产的潜力，使之最大效益化。建设农业旅游景观系统应具备完整的文化体系，从农耕文化、地域历史文化、民俗风情、现代科技等方面来营造浓郁的文化氛围。 2.在规划层面上，黄果树农业旅游景观规划提出了遵循“瀑布之上，世界田园”的规划理念、“贵州省农业硅谷”的建设定位、“黄果树旅游圈深度生态体验区”的目标定位，极力塑造“中华农耕，黔贵文化，田园风光，飞流瀑布、布依水乡，文脉悠久”的指导思想。 3.在技术层面上，黄果树农业旅游景观设计针对项目区的农田、水体、林地等自然资源，围绕着农业生产、林业生产、湿地农业生产，探讨了依托各种生产开发，演绎农业景观和旅游项目开发的思路和方法；针对建筑、小品等人工资源，提出农业设施小品化和建筑材质与周边氛围相协调的设计手法；针对科技农业、民俗风情和特色文化活动等人文资源，提出打造景观的文化性、特色性与可持续性的思路，并开展各种旅游节庆策划活动。 4.从景观格局上讲，，石头寨核心区形成了以白水河为视轴线的农田、林地、道路、建筑、文化为一体的景观体系，并在此基础上体现了城乡一体化、人与自然和谐共处的景观格局；在植物选择上，黄果树景区的植物景观属于亚热带地区的常绿植物景观，当地的乡土树种作为首要选择；在文化特色上，黄果树景区农业旅游打造以农耕文化为底蕴，以黔贵区域文化为依托，以布依民俗文化为特色，以石头文化为亮点的文化体系。 5.基于研究与项目的规划实践，黄果树农业旅游形成“一心（石头寨民俗文化核心区）、一环（交通环线）、两轴（绿色生态滨水轴、民俗文化体验轴）、五板块、多节点”的规划结构。同时还分别从道路系统、植物景观系统、景观小品体系、旅游服务体系、市场营销体系等方面补充农业旅游系统规划的相关问题，增强项目的可操作性。
[Abstract]:As the green ecotourism is becoming popular in modern times, agricultural tourism has become the representative of ecotourism. As a product of the combination of traditional agriculture and modern tourism, agricultural tourism has the functions of ecological sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, holiday experience, health health and science knowledge. The agricultural tourism park is the core of agricultural tourism. To build a new park which combines agricultural production, farming culture, agricultural tourism, leisure and entertainment, folk custom, holiday health, and agricultural science and technology demonstration, the new park can achieve a perfect combination of low carbon ecology and economic and social benefits. This paper aims at the scenic scenic spots of Huangguoshu Waterfalls, and studies its agricultural tourism system and landscape system. It is of great practical significance.
Based on the theoretical research and concrete project practice of agricultural tourism landscape planning and construction, this paper analyzes the development history of agricultural tourism at home and abroad and the design method of landscape elements of sightseeing agricultural garden, taking the landscape planning of Huangguoshu Waterfalls agricultural tourism as an example, using the method of literature analysis, field investigation and case analysis. And interdisciplinary research method, the core sightseeing agricultural garden of agricultural tourism is studied and analyzed in all directions, and the landscape elements of the sightseeing agricultural garden are discussed. The following conclusions are drawn:
1. on the theoretical level, based on the research on the landscape design of agricultural tourism, this paper puts forward a compound agricultural model for the establishment of sightseeing agriculture, three-dimensional agriculture, ecological agriculture and circular agriculture in the agricultural tourism system, and emphasizes the cooperation and connection between each other in the actual construction process. While taking into account the landscape effect, it is fully dug. The development of agricultural tourism landscape system should have a complete cultural system, from agricultural culture, regional history and culture, folk customs, modern technology and other aspects to create a rich cultural atmosphere.
2. at the planning level, Huangguoshu Waterfalls agricultural tourism landscape planning put forward the planning concept of "the waterfall above, the world Pastoral", "Guizhou agricultural Silicon Valley" construction positioning, "Huangguoshu Waterfalls tourism circle deep ecological experience area" target positioning, vigorously molding "Chinese farming, Guizhou and Guizhou culture, pastoral scenery, flying waterfalls, Buyi township." The guiding ideology of a long vein.
3. at the technical level, the Huangguoshu Waterfalls agricultural tourism landscape design aimed at the natural resources such as farmland, water body, woodland and so on in the project area, surrounding the agricultural production, forestry production and wetland agricultural production, discussed the ideas and methods to deduce the agricultural landscape and tourism project development relying on various production and development, and put forward the artificial resources such as building, small products and so on. The design techniques of the agricultural facilities and the coordination between the building material and the surrounding atmosphere; in view of the humanities, folk customs and cultural activities, the cultural, characteristic and sustainable ideas of the landscape are put forward, and the activities of various tourist festivals are carried out.
4. from the landscape pattern, the stone village core area has formed a landscape system with the white water river as the visual axis of farmland, woodland, road, architecture and culture. On this basis, it embodies the landscape pattern of the integration of urban and rural, the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, and the plant landscape of the Huangguoshu Waterfalls scenic area belongs to the subtropical region in the selection of plants. Green plant landscape, local native tree species as the primary choice; in cultural characteristics, agricultural tourism in Huangguoshu Waterfalls scenic spot is based on farming culture, relying on Guizhou and Guizhou regional culture, with the characteristics of Buyi folk culture, and stone culture as the highlight of the cultural system.
5. based on the research and project planning practice, Huangguoshu Waterfalls agricultural tourism has formed a "one heart (stone village folk culture core area), one ring (traffic circle), two axis (green ecological waterfront axis, folk culture experience axis), five plate, multi node" planning structure. At the same time, it is also divided from road system, plant landscape system, landscape sketch system, tourist clothing. The related problems of agricultural tourism system planning should be supplemented in terms of service system, marketing system, and so on, so as to enhance the operability of the project.
