液压冲击破碎锤的系统仿真与钎杆的优化设计

【摘要】:目前我国社会现代化和工业化进程还尚未完成,大量的铁路、隧道、公路、水利等基本设施正在建设,还有大量的矿山正在开采,这就给液压破碎锤提供了十分强劲的市场需求。由于液压破碎锤是在作业环境非常恶劣的条件下进行的,因此对其各零部件的结构的设计、材料的选取以及生产加工的水平要求都非常高。通过对液压破碎锤进行更深入的研究,搞明白液压破碎锤的工作原理及钎杆的疲劳寿命等问题,为设计出作业安全、制造工艺简便易行以及节省能源的液压破碎锤提供理论依据,对提高国产液压破碎锤的整体技术实力以及提高在全球知名品牌中的核心竞争力是非常必要的。正因如此,对液压破碎锤的工作原理和主要零部件的研究,努力缩小国产液压破碎锤与其他国家的核心技术差距,提升国产破碎锤的科技含量,,提高液压破碎锤的使用性能和外部造型美观等方面,为企业创造出更多的经济效益具有十分重要的意义。 文章阐述了国内外在液压破碎锤理论研究方面的差异、液压破碎锤的应用范围、液压破碎锤的优缺点、目前需要改进的不足之处以及未来发展的主要趋势。文中选用国产某型号的液压破碎锤作为研究对象,重点做了以下三个方面的研究: 第一,对液压破碎锤基本结构以及冲击破碎的工作原理进行研究,详细阐述了液压破碎锤选型和主要零部件的作用以及失效形式等相关问题。 第二,运用Solidworks软件对液压破碎锤钎杆进行应力分析、疲劳分析,计算钎杆的疲劳寿命。 第三,对疲劳累积损伤的基本原理进行阐述,并基于疲劳累积损伤理论对钎杆的疲劳寿命进行估算。对以上两个结果进行对比,验证了Solidworks软件对疲劳寿命估算的精确性。最后对钎杆的尺寸进行优化设计,实现减轻钎杆重量的目的。该文研究方法注重理论与实际相结合,为进一步的研究提高液压破碎锤性能打下良好的基础。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of social modernization and industrialization in our country has not yet been completed. A large number of basic facilities such as railways, tunnels, highways and water conservancy are being built, and a large number of mines are being mined. This provides a very strong market demand for hydraulic breakers. Because the hydraulic hammer is carried out under very bad conditions of the operating environment, the hydraulic crushing hammer is carried out. The design of the structure of each component, the selection of the material and the level of production and processing are very high. Through a more thorough study of the hydraulic crushing hammer, the working principle of the hydraulic crushing hammer and the fatigue life of the rod are understood, so as to design the safety of the work, the manufacturing process is simple and easy, and the hydraulic breaking of the energy saving is saved. The broken hammer provides a theoretical basis for improving the overall technical strength of the domestic hydraulic hammer and improving the core competitiveness of the world famous brands. Because of this, the research on the working principle and main parts of the hydraulic crushing hammer is made hard to reduce the core technical gap between the domestic hydraulic crushing hammer and other countries and improve the core technology. It is of great significance to create more economic benefits for enterprises to improve the scientific and technological content of the domestic broken hammer and to improve the performance of the hydraulic hammer and the appearance of the external shape.
The paper expounds the differences between the theoretical research on hydraulic crushing hammer at home and abroad, the application range of the hydraulic crushing hammer, the advantages and disadvantages of the hydraulic crushing hammer, the deficiency and the main trend of the future development. In this paper, a hydraulic crushing hammer made in China is selected as the research object, and the following three aspects are mainly studied. :
First, the basic structure of the hydraulic crushing hammer and the working principle of the impact crushing are studied. The selection of the hydraulic crushing hammer, the function of the main parts and the failure forms are expounded in detail.
Second, stress analysis, fatigue analysis and calculation of fatigue life of drill rod are carried out by Solidworks software.
Third, the basic principle of fatigue cumulative damage is expounded, and the fatigue life of the drill rod is estimated based on the fatigue cumulative damage theory. The above two results are compared to verify the accuracy of Solidworks software for fatigue life estimation. Finally, the size of the brazing rod is optimized to reduce the weight of the drill rod. The research method of this paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice, laying a good foundation for further research to improve the performance of hydraulic breaking hammer.
