适应轨道交通网络化发展的城市设计方法研究

【摘要】:轨道交通打破了以往人们基于单一速率、同一平面的空间认知基础,赋予并塑造了城市居民生活空间新的形象及认知方式。着眼于特定时间内交通工具运行的距离,在城市空间设计研究中引入速率的概念,探索城市空间立体构建与优化研究的新视角和新方法。研究通过深入分析速率与城市综合效率的关系、轨道交通建设与城市空间和社区空间发展演进的关系,探寻城市空间整体性研究的结合点和入手点,探索适应轨道交通网络化发展的城市设计方法。进而利用空间分层及多中心互动的思路分析轨道交通建设与城市空间发展深度耦合的可能模式;探索研究以轨道交通和步行交通两种主要出行速率限定的空间半径为单位的城市空间利用与城市设计新的参考尺度;以人在城市中的生活为出发点,促进城市公共资源共享与公共利益保护,探索以人为中心的宜居城市空间立体化发展与优化的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Rail transit breaks the space cognitive foundation of people based on single rate and the same plane, and gives and shapes the new image and cognitive style of urban residents' living space. Focusing on the distance of vehicles running in a specific time, the concept of rate is introduced into the study of urban space design, and a new perspective and method for the study of three-dimensional construction and optimization of urban space are explored. Through the in-depth analysis of the relationship between the speed and the urban comprehensive efficiency, the relationship between the rail transit construction and the development and evolution of urban space and community space, the paper explores the combination and starting point of the study of urban spatial integrity. To explore the urban design method to adapt to the development of rail transit network. Then, the possible mode of deep coupling between rail transit construction and urban spatial development is analyzed by using the idea of spatial stratification and multi-center interaction. Exploring and studying the new reference scale of urban space utilization and urban design based on the space radius defined by the two main travel rates of rail transit and walking traffic, and taking the life of people in the city as the starting point, To promote the sharing of urban public resources and the protection of public interests, and to explore the effective way of three-dimensional development and optimization of human-centered livable urban space.
