【摘要】：随着世界经济的全球化,全世界的人口结构正在发生着变化,人口老龄化已经成为面向全球的严重问题。在全球人口老龄化这个不可避免的趋势下,我国也逐渐步入“老年型”国家的行列。由于我国现有经济及人口政策的特殊性,我们目前的养老模式是居家养老为主,社会养老为辅。怎样营造一个没有障碍的居住小区交往空间使老年人群能够身心健康的安度晚年也就成为一个重要的社会问题。本文在总结归纳居住区无障碍交往空间理论的基础上,通过文献查阅法、实地调研法、归纳总结法、综合分析法等研究方法,并结合哈尔滨当地的地域性因素,切实考虑到居住小区无障碍建设的问题,并提出相应的改造策略。本文首先阐明此课题研究的目的和意义,然后对全球老龄化和居住小区无障碍交往空间从国内外理论及实例进行研究和分析,从而确定文章的研究内容和方法。其次,文章通过对老年人从心理学和行为学的角度进行分析及居住小区无障碍交往空间建设的相关概念及理论进行了阐述,介绍了居住小区无障碍交往空间对于老年人生活及社会发展的重要意义,为本文奠定理论基础。再次,通过对哈尔滨市几类不同时期建成、不同档次的居住小区进行调查研究,对搜集的数据资料进行科学归纳,分析其现状的合理性及适用性,归纳出了老年人群对户外居住小区无障碍交往空间环境的需求及意愿,为今后从建设上提出针对性、指导性的策略打下基础。另外,在居住小区老年人无障碍交往空间设计原则的引导下,具体列出其遵从的原则及策略,分别从十个方面给出设计意见及范例,提出了居住小区老年人无障碍交往空间系统的框架、规划原则和方法以及无障碍设施的技术方案,将问题具体化、深入化,从而为后文对策及解决办法的提出打下良好的基础。最后,通过对辽河小区老年人无障碍交往空间分别从空间的合理分布、中心荒地的改造、建筑和道路的无障碍设计、无障碍坡道的增加和废弃建筑的改造利用五个方面提出有针对性的改造意见,进行局部无障碍交往空间改造设计,展现其存在对于居住小区老年人生活的合理性及必要性。居住小区老年人无障碍交往空间的问题研究为哈尔滨城市稳定及发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy, the world's population structure is changing, population aging has become a serious problem facing the world. Under the inevitable trend of global population aging, China has gradually stepped into the ranks of "old age type" countries. Because of the particularity of our country's current economic and population policy, our current old-age support model is based on the family pension, supplemented by the social old-age support. How to create an unobstructed living community communication space so that the elderly people can enjoy physical and mental health in their old age has become an important social problem. On the basis of summing up the theory of barrier-free communication space in residential area, this paper combines the regional factors of Harbin with the methods of literature reference, field investigation, induction and summary, comprehensive analysis and so on. Considering the problem of barrier-free construction in residential area, and putting forward the corresponding transformation strategy. This paper first clarifies the purpose and significance of this research, and then studies and analyzes the global aging and barrier-free communication space at home and abroad, and then determines the research contents and methods. Secondly, through the analysis of the elderly from the angle of psychology and behavior, and the related concepts and theories of the construction of the barrier-free communication space in the residential district, This paper introduces the importance of barrier-free communication space to the life and social development of the elderly, and lays a theoretical foundation for this paper. Thirdly, through the investigation and study of several different periods and different levels of residential district in Harbin, the data collected are summarized scientifically, and the rationality and applicability of the present situation are analyzed. The demands and wishes of the elderly for the barrier-free communication space environment in the outdoor residential area were summarized, which laid a foundation for the future construction of targeted and guiding strategies. In addition, under the guidance of the design principle of barrier-free communication space for the elderly in residential areas, the principles and strategies that they follow are listed in detail, and the design suggestions and examples are given from ten aspects respectively. This paper puts forward the framework, planning principles and methods of the spatial system of barrier-free communication for the elderly in residential areas, and the technical scheme of barrier-free facilities, which makes the problem concrete and thorough, thus laying a good foundation for the later countermeasures and solutions. Finally, according to the reasonable distribution of the space, the transformation of the center wasteland, the design of the building and the road, the barrier-free communication space of the old people in Liaohe district, The increase of barrier-free ramps and the reconstruction and utilization of abandoned buildings put forward some suggestions for the renovation and design of local barrier-free communication space to show the rationality and necessity of its existence for the elderly living in residential areas. The study of barrier-free communication space for the elderly in residential areas provides some reference for the stability and development of Harbin city.
