双体系并行特征下的浙江省乡村规划体系优化途径

【摘要】：在美丽乡村建设热潮席卷全国的大背景下,乡村规划日益受到重视。研究在分析浙江省乡村规划双体系并行特征及其存在的现实困境的基础上,通过对原有传统乡村规划体系和在实践中形成的美丽乡村规划体系的内容进行比较,提出以延续城乡规划体系为基本方向、以反映乡土社会本原为基本目标、从体系内部优化及从外部引入非正式制度的乡村规划体系优化途径,以期为全国各地正在展开的美丽乡村建设实践提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the beautiful rural construction upsurge sweeping the whole country, rural planning has been paid more and more attention. On the basis of analyzing the parallel characteristics of the two systems of rural planning in Zhejiang Province and their practical difficulties, this paper compares the contents of the original traditional rural planning system with the beautiful rural planning system formed in practice. The paper puts forward the ways to optimize the rural planning system, which take the continuation of the urban and rural planning system as the basic direction and reflect the local social origin as the basic goal, optimize the rural planning system from the inside of the system and introduce the informal system from the outside. With a view to providing reference for the practice of beautiful rural construction in various parts of the country.
