基于遥感的重庆市主城区城市空间形态分析

【摘要】：伴随着城市经济的高速发展，城市建设的速度随之加快，继而城市空间形态演化迅速。城市空间形态的快速演化就会带来一系列城市问题，例如城市人口膨胀，城市特色景观破坏、城市土地开发过快等，传统的城市规划理论在新环境下已经不能解决上述问题，同时城市空间形态的快速演变也对规划工作带来新的挑战，需要更科学的规划理论和方法去研究和解决上述问题。本论文基于历年以及近期的遥感影像，，通过相关软件处理解译后获得重庆市主城区历年建成区、建设用地的图斑，进行统计后获得建成区、建设用地数据。本文将城市空间形态的衡量指标分为内部和外部指标来分别研究，进一步深入发现空间形态的演变特征和内在规律。在获得数据后运用扩张强度、扩展方向、紧凑度、多样性指数对城市外部空间形态进行分析研究，运用建设用地布局结构数据对内部空间形态进行研究。在对重庆市的城市现状以及空间形态演化规律有清晰的了解后，基于现状对现行的规划进行评估，明确城市发展程度，城市发展是否与总体规划相匹配，整体发展速度是否合理。在对现状进行评估后，结合人口、经济数据与城市空间形态数据综合分析，并预测空间形态的变化趋势，在空间上更加直观形象的研究探索。通过论文的研究，主要得出以下结论：（1）重庆市主城区外部空间形态保持健康发展趋势，内部城市空间形态布局趋于合理，但仍存在调整空间；（2）城市规划对城市空间形态变化具有明显的引导调控作用，引导和推动着城市空间结构的形成与扩展。之后通过对现状的规划评估，发现了存在的问题。（3）根据主城区城市空间形态的现状分析、演变分析、发展趋势分析和存在的问题，提出了相应的城市规划工作建议，完善了城市规划理论体系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economy, the speed of urban construction accelerates, and the urban spatial form evolves rapidly. The rapid evolution of urban spatial form will bring a series of urban problems, such as urban population expansion, urban landscape damage, urban land development and so on. The traditional urban planning theory can not solve the above problems under the new environment. At the same time, the rapid evolution of urban spatial form also brings new challenges to the planning work, which requires more scientific planning theory and methods to study and solve the above problems. Based on the remote sensing images of the past years and recent years, this paper obtains the plot of the building area and the construction land of Chongqing's main urban area after interpretation by the relevant software, and obtains the data of the building area and the construction land after statistics. In this paper, the measurement index of urban spatial form is divided into internal and external indexes, and the evolution characteristics and internal law of spatial form are further discovered. After obtaining the data, the expansion intensity, expansion direction, compactness and diversity index were used to analyze and study the urban outer spatial form, and the internal spatial form was studied by using the construction land layout structure data. After having a clear understanding of the urban status quo and the evolution law of spatial form in Chongqing, the current planning is evaluated based on the present situation, and the degree of urban development and whether the urban development is matched with the master plan are determined. Whether the overall speed of development is reasonable. After evaluating the present situation, combined with the data of population, economy and urban spatial form, the author makes a comprehensive analysis, and predicts the change trend of spatial form, and explores more intuitionistic image in space. Through the research of this paper, we can draw the following conclusions: 1) the outer spatial form of Chongqing's main urban area keeps a healthy development trend, and the layout of internal urban spatial form tends to be reasonable. However, there is still a significant role of urban planning in guiding and regulating the change of urban spatial form, guiding and promoting the formation and expansion of urban spatial structure. Then through the planning evaluation of the present situation, found the existing problems. (3) according to the present situation analysis, evolution analysis, development trend analysis and existing problems of the urban space form of the main urban area, put forward the corresponding suggestions for urban planning work. The theoretical system of urban planning has been improved.
