城市内涝在线监控与信息服务数字化系统设计及监测点优化布置研究

【摘要】:城市内涝问题历来是人们关注的焦点。随着城市化进程的加剧,城市内涝灾害频频发生。传统的以“人巡”、“车巡”或安装摄像头监控的方式为主的城市内涝管理运行模式己无法满足现行的监控需求,加强城市内涝的远程数据采集、系统监控能力以及科学地布置内涝监测点是目前城市内涝研究和实践的重要课题。 本文围绕如何为城市内涝灾害决策提供辅助支持,针对城市内涝的特点,提出了城市内涝在线监控与信息服务数字化系统的设计方案,开发了一套城市内涝在线监控与信息服务数字化系统的软件。本系统基于物联网和异网(互联网Internet、手机短信GSM、电话网络PSTN、ZigBee网络、GPRS网络、计算机局域网LAN)的信息交换技术,采用统一的技术平台(统一的数据协议、通讯网络、数据库共享),设计多层次系统体系结构,并开发ZigBee现场测控模块、现场无线通讯网关、管理中心服务器、信息服务终端等系统硬软件。有效实现工情、水情、雨情等全部城市排涝数据自动在线远程采集和控制,以及城市排水防涝数据和调度控制信息的在线查询,调度控制信息的网络发布等服务功能,完成全方位的城市数字化排水防涝指导调度管理,大大降低城市内涝损失。 本文将灰色关联度分析法和模糊物元欧式贴近度分析法应用于城市内涝监测点的优化布置方案选择。通过对2010年5月珠江三角洲某城市河涌流域34个内涝点的调查数据进行分析,最后优选20个受淹点作为内涝监测目标区域。两种方法均具有数据处理方式简单、实现容易、效率高等特点。实际应用中两种方法可互相参考,互相补充,,以使优选结果更为科学合理。并且针对没有内涝统计数据的情况,本文通过SWMM建立内涝模型,有助于了解整个排水系统的运行状况,对内涝点的位置及内涝情况进行预测,对城市内涝监测点优化布置研究具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Urban waterlogging has always been the focus of attention. With the intensification of urbanization, urban waterlogging occurs frequently. The traditional urban waterlogging management operation mode, which is based on "man patrol", "car patrol" or installation of camera monitoring, can no longer meet the current monitoring needs, and strengthen the remote data collection of urban waterlogging. The system monitoring ability and the scientific arrangement of waterlogging monitoring points are important subjects in urban waterlogging research and practice. According to the characteristics of urban waterlogging, this paper puts forward the design scheme of online monitoring and information service digital system for urban waterlogging, focusing on how to provide auxiliary support for decision making of urban waterlogging disaster. A software of online monitoring and information service digital system for urban waterlogging is developed. The system is based on the information exchange technology of Internet of things (Internet of things, SMS GSM of mobile phone, GPRS network of telephone network PSTN / ZigBee, LAN of computer LAN), and adopts unified technology platform (unified data protocol, communication network, etc. Database sharing, the design of multi-level system architecture, and the development of ZigBee field measurement and control module, on-site wireless communication gateway, management center server, information service terminal and other system hardware and software. It can effectively realize the service functions of automatic online remote collection and control of all urban drainage data, such as working condition, water situation, rain condition, and online query of urban drainage and waterlogging data and dispatching control information, and network release of dispatching control information, etc. The comprehensive management of urban digital drainage and waterlogging control is completed, and the loss of urban waterlogging is greatly reduced. In this paper, grey correlation analysis and fuzzy matter-element European-style closeness analysis are applied to the optimal layout of urban waterlogging monitoring points. Based on the analysis of the survey data of 34 waterlogging points in a river basin of a city in the Pearl River Delta in May 2010, 20 flooded points were selected as the target areas for monitoring waterlogging. Both methods have the advantages of simple data processing, easy implementation and high efficiency. In practical application, the two methods can refer to each other and complement each other in order to make the optimal selection results more scientific and reasonable. Aiming at the situation that there is no statistical data of waterlogging, this paper establishes an internal waterlogging model through SWMM, which is helpful to understand the running condition of the whole drainage system, and to predict the location of the waterlogging point and the waterlogging situation. It has certain reference value for the study of optimal layout of urban waterlogging monitoring points.
