南京建邺区南湖社区综合服务中心设计研究

【摘要】：南湖社区综合服务中心项目用地位于南京市建邺区东北角的南湖社区,毗邻著名风景区莫愁湖公园和南湖公园北邻南湖东路,东邻文体路,西邻文体西路,南侧与已建成居民区之间间隔一条小路。规划用地面积8668平方米,可建设用地面积8104平方米。基地周边大多为南湖社区的居民居住小区和配套的幼儿园中小学等,而基地内是南湖社区亟待改造的危旧民房,周边居民的日常生活也急需一系列现代化的生活服务配套设施。本次设计旨在为南湖社区的居民修建一个全方位现代化的综合服务中心,本文的重点在研究"ArtDeco"建筑风格的立面深化设计方法和开放式石材幕墙的做法,从而使建筑建成后保持较好的品质。同时研究局促用地环境下场地处理、北侧中小学居民区日照限制对方案影响、社区服务中心的功能配置等问题。笔者参与的南湖社区综合服务中心设计工作从2013年4月方案开始,经过几轮的方案调整,直至2014年3月完成方案的数字报建,2014年4月完成方案扩初设计,施工图的设计和绘制则在2014年度的5月份完成。在设计之初,笔者对当前国内外社区服务中心或者邻里中心的各类功能问题进行了分析与总结,并对国内乃至长三角地区尤其是苏州工业园区引进的新加坡邻里中心的模式进行分析总结；并在此基础上,重点研究了"ArtDeco"风格的立面形式和当前国内开放式石材幕墙的构造做法,最后完成了本项目的设计。整个设计分为四部分：项目概况、方案设计、立面深化和成果表达。本设计研究的意义在于为开放式石材幕墙的在大型服务中心类建筑中的应用及其后期建造的控制提供一定的可借鉴的实践经验,对今后"ArtDeco"风格的建筑和石材幕墙类建筑提供一定的参照。
[Abstract]:The project site of Nanhu Community Integrated Service Center is located in Nanhu Community in the northeast corner of Jianye District of Nanjing City. It is adjacent to the famous scenic spot Mochou Lake Park and South Lake Park near Nanhu East Road to the north, and to the east to stylistic Road and West Road to the West. There is a path between the south and the built residential area. Planning land area of 8668 square meters, construction land area of 8104 square meters. Most of the residents living in the Nanhu community around the base and supporting kindergarten primary and secondary schools and so on, and the base is the Nanhu community in urgent need of transformation of the old houses, the daily life of the surrounding residents are in urgent need of a series of modern living services supporting facilities. The purpose of this design is to build a comprehensive and modern service center for the residents of Nanhu community. The emphasis of this paper is to study the facade deepening design method of "ArtDeco" architectural style and the practice of open stone curtain wall. In order to make the building after completion to maintain a better quality. At the same time, some problems such as site disposal, the influence of sunshine restriction on the project and the function of community service center in the north primary and middle school residential area were studied. The design of Nanhu Community Integrated Service Center, which I participated in, began in April 2013, after several rounds of program adjustment, until the completion of the project digital report in March 2014, and the initial design of the program expansion in April 2014. The design and drawing of the construction drawings was completed in May 2014. At the beginning of the design, the author analyzed and summarized the various functions of the community service center or neighborhood center at home and abroad. On the basis of the analysis and summary of the model of the Singapore neighborhood center introduced by the Yangtze River Delta region, especially the Suzhou Industrial Park, and on the basis of this, The facade form of "ArtDeco" style and the construction method of domestic open stone curtain wall are studied emphatically. Finally, the design of this project is completed. The whole design is divided into four parts: project profile, project design, facade deepening and achievement expression. The significance of this design research is to provide some practical experience for the application of open stone curtain wall in large service center building and the control of its later construction. It provides some reference for ArtDeco style architecture and stone curtain wall architecture in the future.
