深圳凤凰古村公共服务设施配置研究

【摘要】：随着深圳城市化发展迅速,原有的古村不断地被城中村、新建筑所替代,保存较好的古村屈指可数,这也是深圳文化性缺失的一个重要原因。公共服务设施作为城市建设的必需品,可分为服务于城市和服务于城镇乡村两类,中央关于城镇化会议中指出,城镇化是现代化建设的必经之路,要提高人口素质和居民生活质量,要传承文化,发展有历史记忆、地域特色、民族特点的美丽城镇。本文以凤凰古村为研究对象,使用网络分析法对其公共服务设施进行研究,根据凤凰古村的人口构成、历史价值等特殊性对其公共服务设施进行优化。本文首先通过研究凤凰古村的背景得出其是一座历史文化悠久,保存较完整的文化古村,进而是一座具有旅游产业发展潜力的古村,但是现状的环境、配套设施等因素的不完善成为凤凰古村保护与发展的一个制约因素。本文采用问卷调查的方法,对凤凰古村及周边居住区内的居民和游客进行问卷调研,得出居民和游客所需要的服务设施种类。其次采用网络分析方法,对凤凰古村及周边居住区内的生活类服务设施和旅游类服务设施现状进行分析,总结出现状存在的问题,问题结果表明,凤凰古村的居民生活类服务设施种类不全,数量不足;旅游类服务设施种类不全,缺少最佳旅游游览路线等现状问题。针对上述得出的问题,结合问卷调研得出村民对设施的意见,使用网络分析法对设施进行数量的合理配置,以及要考虑凤凰古村周边区域建成度,没有大量的空地可进行建设,因此只能在现状建筑中附设或使用现状危房和坍塌房进行设施位置的合理配置。针对凤凰古村及周边居住区进行生活类服务设施配置时,其结果可为相同规模大小的文化古村提供相关依据。针对旅游类服务设施的增设的同时,可为古村景区的旅游业发展提供完善的基础条件,促进旅游业的大力发展,带动当地的就业率,增加当地的经济收入,进而使得古村可持续发展,同时也为其它将要发展旅游产业的相同规模大小的古村给予借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in Shenzhen, the original ancient villages are constantly replaced by the villages in the city, new buildings are replaced, and only a few old villages have been preserved, which is also an important reason for the lack of culture in Shenzhen. As a necessity of urban construction, public service facilities can be divided into two categories: serving the city and serving the towns and villages. The Central Committee Conference on urbanization pointed out that urbanization is the only way to modernization. It is necessary to improve the quality of population and the quality of life of residents, to inherit culture and to develop beautiful towns with historical memory, regional characteristics and national characteristics. This paper takes Phoenix ancient village as the research object, uses the network analysis method to study its public service facilities, and optimizes the public service facilities according to the particularity of the population composition and historical value of Phoenix ancient village. First of all, by studying the background of the ancient village of Phoenix, we find that it is an ancient village with a long history and culture and a relatively complete preservation, and then an ancient village with the potential for the development of the tourism industry, but the present situation of the village. The imperfection of supporting facilities and other factors has become a restriction factor for the protection and development of Phoenix Ancient Village. This paper uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the residents and tourists in Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, and get the types of service facilities needed by residents and tourists. Secondly, the network analysis method is used to analyze the present situation of the living service facilities and tourism service facilities in Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, and the problems existing in the present situation are summarized. The results show that, The types of living service facilities in Phoenix Ancient Village are not complete and the quantity is insufficient, and the types of tourist services facilities are not complete and the best tourist tour routes are lacking and so on. In view of the above problems, combined with the questionnaire survey, the villagers' opinions on the facilities, the rational allocation of the number of facilities using the network analysis method, and the building degree of the surrounding area of the ancient village of Phoenix should be considered, and there is no large number of open spaces to be built. Therefore, the location of the facilities can only be reasonably arranged by attaching or using the present dangerous buildings and collapsed buildings in the present buildings. When the living service facilities are allocated to the Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, the results can provide the relevant basis for the cultural ancient villages of the same size. In view of the establishment of tourist service facilities, it can provide perfect basic conditions for the development of tourism in Gucun scenic spots, promote the vigorous development of tourism, stimulate the local employment rate, and increase the local economic income. So that the sustainable development of ancient villages, but also for the development of tourism industry of the same size of other ancient villages to provide reference.
