【摘要】：正德国的城市风貌规划弥补了控制性详细规划在管控城市风貌方面的粗放性缺陷,为微观层面的城市规划管理提供了依据,因此不失为一种塑造城市历史风貌的有效工具。通过解读德国风貌规划的地位、内容、实施等内容,认为需重新认识风貌规划的必要性,确立风貌规划在城市规划体系中的地位,并在传统控规的基础上进一步深化编制内容、深度及控制指标体系。——栏目主持人德国的城市普遍具有优美的城市景观风貌,很多城市如海德堡、乌尔姆等城市的闻名不仅在于其建筑的精美,更在于其协调统一的城市整体风
