渡江战役纪念馆关键技术与施工技术的相关研究

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速发展,大型复杂项目的建设越来越多。近年来,高支模系统在建筑行业中得到了越来越广泛的应用。但是高支模系统本身兼具多样性、复杂性和高危性的特点,因而高支模体系在结构施工过程中的受力分析具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本文首先对悬挑结构高支撑架体关键技术进行了研究。以渡江战役纪念馆为实例,对工况一、二、三、四大梁下的型钢进行稳定性验算以及对悬挑梁高支撑架体进行了数值模拟分析。分析悬挑结构高支撑架体的稳定性能和受力的基本情况。本文再对大跨度梁高支撑架体的关键技术进行了研究。依旧以渡江战役馆为实例,对其进行了稳定性验算以及数值模拟分析。分析大跨度梁高支撑架体的稳定性能和整体受力性能。本文最后概述了渡江战役纪念馆的现场监测方案。分别探讨了悬挑结构高支撑架体和大跨度梁高支撑架体施工监测的原理和方法并进行施工全过程的模拟分析。在施工监测过程中对关键部位重点监控,将监测结果与模拟结果进行了对比分析,验证了采用数值模拟方法对施工过程中各构件受力状态进行模拟的可行性和在施工过程中进行施工监测的重要性。通过本文的研究,可进一步了解高支模系统的稳定性能和受力性能,为今后类似结构实行提供设计的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, the construction of large complex projects is more and more. In recent years, high-support formwork system has been more and more widely used in the construction industry. However, the high-supported formwork system itself has the characteristics of diversity, complexity and high risk, so the analysis of the stress of the high-supported formwork system in the construction process of the structure has important theoretical significance and practical value. In this paper, the key technology of high-braced frame with cantilever structure is studied. Taking the Memorial Hall of the Battle of the Dujiang River as an example, the stability of section steel under the first, second, third and four-beam conditions and the numerical simulation analysis of the high support frame of the cantilever beam are carried out. This paper analyzes the stability performance and the basic condition of the high bracing frame of the cantilever structure. In this paper, the key technology of long-span beam-high support frame is studied. The stability check and numerical simulation analysis are carried out with the example of Dujiang Battle Hall. The stability and overall mechanical behavior of long span beam and high support frame are analyzed. In the end, the site monitoring scheme of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of the River crossing is summarized. The principle and method of construction monitoring of high support frame and long span beam high support frame of cantilever structure are discussed respectively and the simulation analysis of the whole construction process is carried out. In the process of construction monitoring, the key parts are monitored, and the results of monitoring and simulation are compared and analyzed. The feasibility of using numerical simulation method to simulate the stress state of each member during construction and the importance of construction monitoring during construction are verified. Through the research in this paper, we can further understand the stability and mechanical performance of the high support die system, and provide a reference for the design of similar structures in the future.
