美好乡村建设背景下安徽旅游型村庄规划对策研究

【摘要】：破除城乡二元结构,实现城乡一体化,首要解决的是农村问题,随着城市经济水平的发展,农村寻求新的出路,大力发展乡村旅游业,旅游型村庄的乡村旅游开发,成为安徽美好乡村建设的切入点之一。但在开发过程中面临着区域发展不协调、旅游产品同质化、设施建设滞后等问题。如何正确解析其中关键,寻求合理规划策略,是本文探讨的重点。本文从区域规划、旅游策划、村庄建设,探讨了安徽旅游型村庄发展的各项策略。首先从区域合作理论和安徽的发展现状出发,提出从省域角度进行旅游规划、产品开发、营销策略的整体把握,并结合美好乡村建设,将安徽旅游型村庄分为五大片区进行分区规划,提出各自的功能定位,明确发展方向。其次,从旅游学的角度提出了旅游型村庄旅游规划策略。提出旅游型村庄旅游开发,需通过地方文脉分析以及市场的需求来寻求旅游形象的定位,并通过高质量旅游产品的开发,使得与旅游形象相得益彰,吸引游客,提升村庄旅游竞争力。同时,分析了旅游开发所带来的负面影响,并提出了在进行旅游开发的同时,首先要保护村民的利益,并需要根据环境容量,限制过度开发,坚持可持续发展原则。提出从乡土特色、环境卫生、传统农事生产资源、村庄肌理等角度提出了编制保护规划的要求；提出了在旅游开发中,由政府主导,在推广普及、引导市场、设施完善方面起到应有的作用,并且提出了一系列加强管理的措施。第三,结合美好乡村建设要求及相关建设理论,对旅游型村庄空间布局模式进行了探讨,并对交通规划及景观规划提出指导和建议,通过对比旅游型村庄与一般村庄的特点,对旅游型村庄公共服务设施的配置进行了探讨。最后,本文应用以上结论,针对太湖县花亭湖风景区周边的实际情况,提出旅游规划设计方案,指导村庄建设,以期达到旅游开发合理有序的发展并能增加农村收入。
[Abstract]:To break down the dual structure of urban and rural areas and realize the integration of urban and rural areas, the most important solution is to solve the rural problems. With the development of the urban economy, the rural areas seek a new way out, vigorously develop the rural tourism industry and develop the rural tourism of tourist villages. Become one of the cut-in points of beautiful rural construction in Anhui. However, in the process of development, there are some problems, such as the incoordination of regional development, the homogeneity of tourism products, the lag of facilities construction, and so on. How to correctly analyze the key and seek reasonable planning strategy is the key point of this paper. This paper discusses the strategies for the development of tourism villages in Anhui Province from the aspects of regional planning, tourism planning and village construction. Firstly, based on the theory of regional cooperation and the present situation of Anhui's development, the author puts forward the overall grasp of tourism planning, product development and marketing strategy from the angle of provincial area, and combines with the beautiful rural construction. The tourism villages in Anhui are divided into five regions for zoning planning, and their respective function orientation is put forward, and the direction of development is defined. Secondly, the tourism planning strategy of tourism villages is put forward from the perspective of tourism science. It is proposed that tourism development of tourist villages should be based on local context analysis and market demand to find the orientation of tourism image, and through the development of high quality tourism products, the tourism image and tourism image should complement each other and attract tourists. Improve the competitiveness of village tourism. At the same time, this paper analyzes the negative effects brought by tourism development, and puts forward that while carrying out tourism development, we should first protect the interests of villagers, and we should limit over-exploitation according to the environmental capacity and adhere to the principle of sustainable development. This paper puts forward the requirements of compiling protection plans from the angles of local characteristics, environmental hygiene, traditional agricultural production resources, village texture, and so on, and puts forward that in tourism development, the government is leading, popularizing and guiding the market. Facilities play a due role in improving, and put forward a series of measures to strengthen management. Third, combined with the requirements of beautiful rural construction and related construction theory, this paper discusses the spatial layout model of tourist villages, and puts forward guidance and suggestions on traffic planning and landscape planning, and compares the characteristics of tourist villages with that of ordinary villages. This paper discusses the allocation of public service facilities in tourist villages. Finally, according to the actual situation around Huating Lake scenic area in Taihu County, this paper puts forward a plan of tourism planning and design to guide the village construction in order to achieve a reasonable and orderly development of tourism development and increase rural income.
