“密路网,小街区”规划模式在昆明呈贡新区核心区的适用性研究

【摘要】:近年来,以“稀路网,大街区”为特征的传统空间规划模式不断受到批判,而基于新城市主义规划观念的“密路网,小街区”规划模式在国内新区建设中得到应用。本论文以昆明呈贡新区核心区规划为研究对象,反思以“稀路网,大街区”为特征的传统空间规划模式,系统分析能反映“密路网,小街区”规划模式特点的美国代表性城市(波特兰),总结其规划技术要点。对比研究呈贡新区核心区的规划实践,进一步思考我国城市道路交通设计、城市规划等相关规范的合理性。 在具体研究中,论文以问题为导向,先找出“密路网,小街区”规划模式在呈贡新区核心区规划与实践中存在的问题;然后参考对比波特兰、纽约及国内其他城市的规划技术和经验,结合呈贡新区核心区规划编制与实施的实践情况,采用统一的研究模式,从路网规划与道路设计、土地利用与城市设计等方面对存在问题进行分析与研究,对“密路网,小街区”规划模式在呈贡新区核心区的应用进行技术探讨;归纳出“密路网,小街区”规划模式在呈贡新区核心区的适用性评价结果,并且提出了相应的改善建议。 最后,论文再对研究结果进行反思,结合其他地区和城市的实践和经验,提出“密路网,小街区”规划模式在中国城市运用的几点建议;并针对本文研究的不足,提出了下一步的研究内容及框架。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traditional spatial planning mode characterized by "sparse road network, large block" has been criticized, while the "dense road network, small block" planning model based on the new urbanism planning concept has been applied in the construction of new areas in China. This paper takes the core area planning of Chenggong New District of Kunming as the research object, and reflects on the traditional spatial planning mode characterized by "sparse road network, big block". The systematic analysis can reflect the "dense road network". This paper summarizes the key points of the planning technology of the representative American city (Portland) with the characteristics of "small block" planning mode. By comparing the planning practice of Chenggong New District, the rationality of urban road traffic design, urban planning and other related norms in China is further considered. In the specific research, the thesis takes the problem as the direction, first finds out the "dense road network, small block" planning mode in the Chenggong New area core area planning and practice, and then refers to the comparison of Portland, The planning techniques and experiences of New York and other cities in China, combined with the practice of planning and implementation of the core area in Chenggong New area, are studied by using a unified research model from road network planning and road design. This paper analyzes and studies the existing problems in land use and urban design, discusses the application of "dense road network, small block" planning mode in the core area of Chenggong New area, and concludes "dense road network, small block". The applicability of the "small block" planning model in the core area of Chenggong New area is evaluated, and the corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward. Finally, the paper reflects on the research results, combines the practice and experience of other regions and cities, and puts forward some suggestions for the application of "dense road network, small block" planning mode in Chinese cities, and aims at the deficiency of this paper. Put forward the next research content and framework.
