西湖风景名胜区绿道网络构建研究

【摘要】：西湖风景名胜区作为全国重点风景名胜区，世界文化遗产西湖所在地，在杭州市旅游产业中发挥着中流砥柱的作用。随着杭州市旅游业的快速发展，游客量的日益增多，西湖风景名胜区的生态环境资源破坏问题愈发凸显。本文从绿道网络思想的角度对西湖风景名胜区展开研究，提出西湖风景名胜区绿道网络保护格局构想。通过对国内外风景名胜区绿道网络的理论与实践研究，分析我国绿道规划理论在风景名胜区资源保护研究中存在的不足，总结风景名胜区绿道网络构建的一般方法，拓宽风景名胜区的研究领域。对西湖风景名胜区资源现状进行调查分析，运用层次分析法等方法对风景区景观资源和连接径进行评价选线，提出西湖风景名胜区绿道网络构建保护格局，有利于协调风景区的保护与开发，促进西湖风景名胜区旅游业的健康可持续发展，对今后风景名胜区绿道网络构建理论与实践研究具有一定的指导意义。首先在大量文献与实践研究的基础上，对绿道、绿道网络、风景名胜区的定义进行界定，阐述西湖风景名胜区绿道网络的概念、分类、特征。从景观生态学、线性景观设计相关理论、城市休闲游憩理论、有机疏散理论、遗产保护理论及旅游可持续发展理论等基本理论出发，论述风景名胜区绿道网络的构建步骤、构建原则、选线评价方法及规划要素。其次，通过对西湖风景名胜区九大景区的资源调查和现状分析，，指出西湖风景名胜区存在的三大问题，即交通压力的超负荷、资源使用的不均衡、现代化建设的冲击，阐述构建西湖风景名胜区绿道在保护西湖风景名胜资源、提升游憩活动质量、促进旅游业发展方面的重要意义。最后，在风景名胜区基础理论与现状调查的基础上，对西湖风景名胜区绿道网络构建进行实例论证。通过上位规划的衔接，确定构建目标与原则。对西湖风景名胜区景观资源类型和连接径进行评价选线，构建自然生态型绿道、游憩休闲型绿道及文化遗产型绿道；依据风景区逶迤的群山和江南水景特色，构建特色山脊型绿道和水上绿道作为风景区的辅助绿道。确定西湖风景名胜区绿道网络的总体布局，并进一步阐述西湖风景名胜区绿道网络的实施难点和保障措施。
[Abstract]:West Lake Scenic spot, as the national key scenic spot, the West Lake site of World Cultural Heritage, plays an important role in Hangzhou tourism industry. With the rapid development of Hangzhou tourism and the increasing number of tourists, the destruction of ecological environment resources in West Lake scenic spot is becoming more and more prominent. This paper studies the West Lake scenic spot from the view of green road network, and puts forward the conception of green road network protection pattern of West Lake scenic spot. By studying the theory and practice of green road network of scenic spots at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the deficiency of green road planning theory in the research of resource protection of scenic spots in China, and summarizes the general methods of constructing green road network in scenic spots. Broaden the research field of scenic spots. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the resources of the West Lake scenic spots, evaluates and selects the scenic resources and the connecting paths by using the analytic hierarchy process, and puts forward the protection pattern of the green road network of the West Lake scenic spots. It is beneficial to coordinate the protection and development of scenic spots, promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism in West Lake scenic spots, and have certain guiding significance for the theoretical and practical research on the construction of green road network of scenic spots in the future. On the basis of a great deal of literature and practice, this paper defines the definition of green road, green road network and scenic spot, and expounds the concept, classification and characteristics of green road network of West Lake scenic spot. Based on the basic theories of landscape ecology, linear landscape design theory, urban recreation theory, organic evacuation theory, heritage protection theory and tourism sustainable development theory, this paper discusses the construction steps of green road network in scenic spots. Construction principles, line selection evaluation methods and planning elements. Secondly, by investigating and analyzing the resources of nine scenic spots in West Lake Scenic area, the paper points out that there are three problems in West Lake Scenic area, that is, the overload of traffic pressure, the unbalanced use of resources, and the impact of modernization. This paper expounds the important significance of constructing green road of West Lake scenic spot in protecting West Lake scenic spot resources, improving the quality of recreational activities and promoting the development of tourism. Finally, on the basis of the investigation of the basic theory and present situation of scenic spots, a case study on the construction of green road network in West Lake scenic spot is carried out. Through the connection of upper planning, the construction goal and principle are determined. The types of landscape resources and the connecting paths in West Lake scenic spots are evaluated, and the natural ecological green road, recreational green road and cultural heritage green road are constructed, according to the characteristics of the winding mountains of scenic spots and the waterscape of the south of the Yangtze River, the natural ecological green road, the recreational green road and the cultural heritage green road are constructed. Construct the characteristic mountain ridge type green road and the water green road as the auxiliary green road of the scenic spot. The overall layout of green road network in West Lake scenic spot is determined, and the difficulties and measures of implementing green road network in West Lake scenic spot are further expounded.
