全寿命周期新型墙体材料综合效益评价研究

【摘要】:我国经济的持续、协调、健康的发展,是为人民提供舒适的生活环境的坚实基础,而生活标准的不断提高,随之而来的是能源消耗的急剧增加,生态环境遭到严重破坏,人类将付出惨痛的代价。我国的建筑能耗占社会总能耗的40%,墙体材料占建筑材料的70%,发展环保节能的墙体材料任务艰巨而长远。本文在引入可持续发展理论、全寿命周期理论、循环经济理论、经济分析理论、碳排放权交易基本理论的基础上,以全寿命周期为根本出发点,从新型墙体材料的生产、施工、使用、废弃过程中产生的经济效益、节能效益、环境效益、社会效益入手,对于四个阶段产生的效益指标进行分析,建立全寿命周期综合效益评价指标体系;通过突变级数评价方法对综合效益进行评价,建立了全寿命周期综合效益评价模型,将该评价模型应用于工程案例当中,分析了新型墙体材料分别在四个阶段的效益指数和综合指数,对结果进行分析,验证了模型的可行性。最后,从节能减排措施方面对新型墙体材料的发展和应用提出了建议,这对于推动节能建筑、节能施工的进一步发展具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The sustained, coordinated and healthy development of our economy is the solid foundation for providing a comfortable living environment for the people. With the continuous improvement of living standards, the rapid increase in energy consumption and the serious damage to the ecological environment, Humanity will pay a terrible price. The building energy consumption of our country accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption of the society, and the wall materials account for 70% of the building materials. The task of developing environmental protection and energy saving wall materials is arduous and long-term. Based on the introduction of sustainable development theory, life cycle theory, circular economy theory, economic analysis theory and carbon emission trading theory, this paper takes the whole life cycle as the basic starting point, and starts with the production and construction of new wall materials. The economic benefit, energy saving benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit produced in the process of using and disusing are analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the whole life cycle is established. The comprehensive benefit evaluation model of the whole life cycle is established through the catastrophe series evaluation method, and the evaluation model is applied to the engineering cases. The benefit index and comprehensive index of the new wall materials in four stages are analyzed and the results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the model. Finally, some suggestions on the development and application of new wall materials are put forward from the aspect of energy saving and emission reduction measures, which is of practical significance for the further development of energy-saving building and energy-saving construction.
