BIM平台下基于设计流程的建筑节能设计

【摘要】:随着经济不断发展,建筑的数量规模不断扩大,随之而来的能耗问题也日益凸显,传统的节能建筑设计方法通常根据建筑师经验或套用已有技术手段,不能满足不同气候区域不同功能形式的节能建筑设计要求,并且难以介入建筑设计过程,难以达到较好节能效果。 当今BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用广泛而深入,方便建筑师在建筑设计过程中进行节能模拟和设计,方便根据不同建筑不同气候需求进行节能设计,从而有效改善传统节能设计的不足。因此,在可持续发展的社会背景下,对基于BIM的建筑设计过程中的节能设计方法进行研究探索实践具有重大意义。 本文针对如何在建筑设计过程中针对具体气候具体项目进行节能设计进行探讨分析,以建筑设计进程为轨迹,探讨在不同建筑设计阶段需要进行的节能设计及其相应BIM节能设计方法。首先,分析研究建筑设计阶段节能建筑设计的标准,不同气候区域节能设计重点不同,以天津市为例分析当地的节能设计标准;其次,将建筑设计进程分为前期、方案和深化三阶段,前期阶段从建筑群布局及优化、建筑朝向、建筑体量等方面进行节能设计探讨,方案阶段从建筑造型设计、平面布局、表皮设计、空间设计等方面进行节能设计探讨,深化阶段从构件设计、建筑开口设计以及主动式节能效果等方面进行设计探讨;最后,本文通过太阳能小学课程设计,探讨在设计不同阶段进行基于BIM的节能设计实践,通过模拟分析对不同方案进行比选优化,最终得到节能效果较好的设计结果。 借助BIM的强大模拟分析功能,建筑设计过程中的节能设计将获得变革式发展,,为真正有效的节能建筑设计带来光明前景。但基于BIM的节能建筑设计方法的完善,还需更多实践与探索支持,需要以积极的态度探索实践。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, the number of buildings is expanding, and the energy consumption problem is becoming more and more prominent. The traditional design methods of energy-saving buildings are usually based on the architect's experience or the application of existing technical means. It can not meet the requirements of energy-saving building design in different climate regions, and it is difficult to intervene in the process of architectural design and achieve better energy-saving effect. Nowadays, BIM technology is widely and deeply used in architectural design. It is convenient for architects to carry out energy-saving simulation and design in the process of architectural design, and to carry out energy-saving design according to different climate requirements of different buildings. In order to effectively improve the shortcomings of traditional energy-saving design. Therefore, under the social background of sustainable development, it is of great significance to research and explore the energy-saving design method in the process of building design based on BIM. This paper discusses and analyzes how to carry out energy-saving design for specific climate specific projects in the course of architectural design, taking the course of architectural design as the track. This paper discusses the energy saving design and its corresponding BIM energy saving design method in different architectural design stages. Firstly, the paper analyzes and studies the design standards of energy-saving buildings in architectural design stage. Different climate regions have different emphasis on energy-saving design. Take Tianjin as an example to analyze the local energy-saving design standards. Secondly, the architectural design process is divided into early stages. Plan and deepen three stages, the early stage from the architectural group layout and optimization, building orientation, building volume and other aspects of energy-saving design, the project stage from the architectural modeling design, plane layout, skin design, Space design and other aspects of energy-saving design, deepening stage design from the design of components, architectural openings and active energy-saving effects. Finally, this paper through the solar energy primary school curriculum design, This paper discusses the practice of energy saving design based on BIM in different stages of design, and compares and optimizes different schemes through simulation analysis. Finally, the design result with better energy saving effect is obtained. With the help of the powerful simulation and analysis function of BIM, the energy-saving design in the process of architectural design will be developed in a transformational manner, which will bring a bright prospect for the truly effective energy-saving architectural design. However, the perfection of energy saving building design method based on BIM still needs more practice and exploration support, and needs to explore practice with a positive attitude.
