考虑高层建筑与住宅小区相互影响的风环境试验研究

【摘要】:建筑风环境主要包括室外风环境和室内自然通风,室外风环境关系到行人舒适性问题甚至是安全问题。建筑风环境与建筑物的外形、尺寸、建筑物之问的相对位置以及周围的地形地貌有着很复杂的关系。本文主要通过一系列的风洞试验来模拟与分析高层建筑与住宅小区人行高度处风环境的相互影响。 研究高层建筑对小区周围人行高度处风环境的影响时,以住宅小区横向通道、纵向通道及拐角区域三个区域为研究对象,变化高层建筑的高度、高距比及宽度比三个参数,通过比较平均风速比、最大风速比、风速比变异系数三者的变化来评价住宅小区周围人行高度处风环境的变化,得出三个参数对住宅小区风环境的影响。研究结果显示高层建筑高度增大会引起住宅小区风环境恶化,当高距比小于2时高层建筑对住宅小区风环境影响较小,高层建筑宽度比越大,不同高距比下风速比分布的越离散。 研究住宅小区对高层建筑周围人行高度处风环境的影响时,以高层建筑周围拐角区域、前面区域、背面区域及侧面区域四个区域为研究对象,变化高层建筑的高度、住宅小区的高距比及高层与住宅的宽度之比三个参数,通过比较平均风速比、风速比变异系数及最大风速比三者的变化来评价高层建筑周围人行高度处风环境的变化,得出三个参数对高层建筑风环境的影响。研究结果显示高层建筑高度增大会使得高层建筑周围风环境恶化,高距比在0.52附近时住宅小区对高层建筑周围人行高度处风环境影响较小。
[Abstract]:Building wind environment mainly includes outdoor wind environment and indoor natural ventilation. Outdoor wind environment is related to pedestrian comfort and even safety. The wind environment has a complex relationship with the shape and size of the building, the relative position of the building and the surrounding landform. In this paper, a series of wind tunnel tests are carried out to simulate and analyze the interaction between the wind environment at the pedestrian height of high-rise buildings and residential areas. In order to study the influence of high-rise building on the wind environment around the pedestrian height of residential area, the paper takes three areas of residential district as the research object, including transverse passage, longitudinal passage and corner area, and changes the height, ratio of height to distance and width ratio of high-rise building. By comparing the average wind speed ratio, the maximum wind speed ratio and the variation coefficient of the wind speed ratio, the changes of the wind environment at the pedestrian height around the residential district were evaluated, and the influence of three parameters on the wind environment of the residential district was obtained. The results show that the higher the height of high-rise building, the worse the wind environment of residential district. When the ratio of height to distance is less than 2, the influence of high-rise building on the wind environment of residential district is small, and the width ratio of high-rise building is larger. The distribution of velocity ratio is more discrete under different ratio of height and distance. When studying the influence of residential district on the wind environment of pedestrian height around high-rise building, four areas, namely corner area, front area, back area and side area, are taken as research objects to change the height of high-rise building. The three parameters of the ratio of height to distance and the ratio of high-rise to residence width are compared to evaluate the change of wind environment in the pedestrian height of high-rise building by comparing the variation of average wind speed ratio, the coefficient of variation of wind speed ratio and the maximum wind speed ratio. The influence of three parameters on the wind environment of high-rise building is obtained. The results show that the increase of the height of high-rise buildings will make the wind environment of high-rise buildings deteriorate, and the impact of residential quarters on the wind environment around the height of high-rise buildings is small when the ratio of height to distance is near 0.52.
