商业综合体中的高级商务酒店策划与设计初探

【摘要】：在全球经济一体化的背景下，区域间商务联系往来频繁，持续高效增长的商务经济与不断加快的城市化进程极大地促进了城市商务酒店业的发展。而基于商业综合体开发的高级商务酒店成为新城区商务酒店的主力军和标杆，它既是商业综合体的重要主角，又能服务和配套新城区的商务会议接待的需求。我国商业综合体中的商务酒店发展时间较短，作为特殊的酒店门类，从酒店管理、定位、设计等多方面缺乏系统的经验。商业综合体中的高级商务酒店如何真正契合到城市商务活动与客人使用需求的特征，如何与商业综合体有机共生，如何进行合理的总体布局和功能配置，如何结合地域和文化特点，这些课题都是我们值得考察研究的。本课题主要基于当代商业综合体中的高级商务酒店的特征及建设需求，探索指导实践的策略。具体方法是，以国家旅游局2010年颁布的《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》为基础，依据商业综合体中的高级商务酒店的设计特性，，分析商业综合体中的高级商务酒店的策略，在总体设计分析的基础上，结合国内外高级商务酒店的空间参数，研究基本功能设计要求。在研究的基础上，论文最后结合设计实践案例加以应用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration, the continuous and efficient growth of the business economy and the accelerating process of urbanization have greatly promoted the development of the city business hotel industry. Based on the characteristics and construction requirements of advanced The Business Inn in contemporary commercial complexes, this paper explores the strategies to guide practice. The specific method is to analyze the strategy of advanced The Business Inn in commercial complex based on the classification and evaluation of hotel stars issued by the National Tourism Administration in 2010, according to the design characteristics of advanced The Business Inn in commercial complex. Based on the analysis of the overall design and the spatial parameters of the advanced The Business Inn at home and abroad, the basic functional design requirements are studied. On the basis of the research, the paper combined with the design practice case to be applied.
