寿光市绿化工程的雨洪管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化的加快,城市规模越来越大、人口越来越密集,大面积的土地被硬化,水资源被污染,城市内涝频发。特别是在极端暴雨天气中,城市雨洪径流量远远超过城市排水系统的设计标准,经常引发较为严重的城市内涝。这种现象在寿光市也时有发生。近几年寿光园林事业发展迅速,绿化面积逐年增长,绿化技术水平也不断提升,但因缺少雨洪管理设施,雨后城市路面、绿化带、游园等积水较严重,不仅影响了城市生态环境,污染了水源,也给城市居民生活带来诸多不便。寿光市绿化工程的雨洪管理研究,对城市绿地的雨洪排控及其再利用有着积极的作用,对节水型社会的建设和低碳经济两方面都具有重要的意义。首先,论文阐明了寿光市绿化工程雨洪管理的研究背景、研究目的和意义以及相关概念。然后,阐述了国内外雨洪管理的相关研究现状和我国雨洪管理的建设状况,分析了我国城市内涝的成因,通过对国内外先进的雨洪管理技术经典案例分析总结,提出了雨洪管理的技术措施。最后,论文阐述了寿光市的基本概况包括寿光的人文、地理和气候特征,对现有的园林绿化及其施工流程与技术等进行调研,通过问卷调查和实地调研的方法,找出现有园林绿化工程中存在的问题,从绿化带、游园公园、绿化排水沟等方面,提出针对性的改造方案,并论证了可行性。论文在归纳总结寿光市绿化工程雨洪管理的实施效果的同时,对雨洪管理的发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the scale of cities is becoming larger and larger, the population is becoming more and more dense, the large area of land has been hardened, water resources have been polluted, and urban waterlogging has occurred frequently. Especially in the extreme rainstorm weather, the urban storm-flood runoff is far more than the design standard of the urban drainage system, which often causes serious urban waterlogging. This kind of phenomenon also happens from time to time in Shouguang City. In recent years, Shouguang garden industry has developed rapidly, the green area has been increasing year by year, and the level of greening technology has been continuously improved. However, due to the lack of rain flood management facilities, the urban road surface after rain, the green belt, the garden, and so on, the water accumulation is relatively serious. It not only affects the urban ecological environment, pollutes the water source, but also brings many inconvenience to the urban residents. The study of rainwater flood management in Shouguang greening project plays an active role in the control and reuse of rainwater flood in urban green space, and is of great significance to the construction of water-saving society and low-carbon economy. Firstly, the paper clarifies the research background, purpose, significance and related concepts of rain flood management in Shouguang greening project. Then, the paper expounds the research status quo of rain flood management at home and abroad and the construction situation of rain flood management in China, analyzes the causes of urban waterlogging in China, and summarizes the classic cases of advanced rain flood management technology at home and abroad. The technical measures of rain flood management are put forward. Finally, the paper describes the basic situation of Shouguang city, including the humanities, geography and climate characteristics of Shouguang, the existing landscaping and its construction process and technology, etc. In order to find out the problems existing in the garden greening project, this paper puts forward the corresponding reconstruction plan from the aspects of green belt, park and drainage ditch, and proves the feasibility. While summing up the effect of rainwater management in Shouguang greening project, the development of rain flood management is prospected.
