无线自动抄表的射频基带系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济水平的飞速发展,国家“一户一表”工程政策的全面实施以及居民对生活质量要求的不断提高,无线自动抄表技术在国内抄表市场中占据着越来越重要的地位。无线自动抄表技术是将计量表表端数据的采集、上传和处理分析能力应用于电力、自来水和天然气等公共资源供应与管理系统的一项新技术。与传统的抄表系统相比,无线自动抄表系统具有数据通信质量高、可靠性好、抄表速率快、实时性强、系统管理方便等优点,这也是本文研究与设计的意义所在。 本学位论文是基于作者参与承担的某无线自动抄表系统项目中的具体工作内容整理而成。结合作者硕士研究生阶段的主要研究方向,本文主要从无线自动抄表系统的无线射频模块和基带硬件电路模块的设计方面对该系统做了详细说明介绍,而作为无线自动抄表系统的重要组成部分,基带软件系统的设计只是作为本文结构完整性的一部分在第五章中给出各级模块嵌入式系统框架结构设计的简要说明。无线远传射频模块主要完成抄表系统中表端、采集器、集中器和手持终端之间无线数据通信传输的任务;表端硬件电路模块主要完成计量、采集表端传感器数据的功能以及与采集器、手持终端进行相互通信的任务;采集器硬件电路模块主要完成接收计量表表端流量数据信息并将数据信息上传至集中器这一任务;集中器主要完成与下层采集器以及上层数据中心进行数据存储、交换的任务。 该无线自动抄表系统已批量投入市场使用,从最终整体系统的实际应用效果来看,该套系统无论是通信距离,覆盖范围还是数据通信的稳定性和抗干扰能力均达到了最初的设计目标,满足了市场需求。该项目中作者参与设计的三款无线射频模块和整体系统的硬件电路模块均达到了最初的设计目标和要求,这也就为该系统的稳定运行提供了良好的硬件支撑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy, the comprehensive implementation of the national "one household, one watch" project policy and the continuous improvement of residents' requirements for the quality of life. Wireless automatic meter reading technology is playing a more and more important role in domestic meter reading market. Wireless automatic meter reading is a new technology which can collect, upload and process the metering data in public resource supply and management system such as electric power, tap water and natural gas. Compared with the traditional meter reading system, the wireless automatic meter reading system has the advantages of high data communication quality, good reliability, fast meter reading rate, high real-time performance and convenient system management, which is also the significance of the research and design of this paper. This thesis is based on the author's participation in a wireless automatic meter reading system project. Combined with the main research direction of the author's graduate student stage, this paper mainly introduces the design of wireless RF module and baseband hardware circuit module of wireless automatic meter reading system. As an important part of wireless automatic meter reading system, the design of baseband software system is only a part of the structural integrity of this paper. In the fifth chapter, a brief description of the architecture design of embedded system is given. Wireless remote radio frequency module mainly completes the task of wireless data communication between meter reading system, collector, concentrator and handheld terminal. The function of collecting sensor data at the table end and the task of communicating with the collector and handheld terminal, the hardware circuit module of the collector mainly completes the task of receiving and uploading the data information to the concentrator. The concentrator mainly completes the task of storing and exchanging data with the lower layer collector and the upper data center. The wireless automatic meter reading system has been put into the market in large quantities. From the actual application effect of the final whole system, the system, whether it is communication distance, The coverage or the stability of data communication and the ability of anti-interference reach the initial design goal and meet the market demand. In this project, the three radio frequency modules and the hardware circuit modules of the whole system have reached the initial design goals and requirements, which provides a good hardware support for the stable operation of the system.
