疏水性水泥混凝土试验研究

【摘要】:防水是提高混凝土结构耐久性的重要措施,甚至是根本措施。可以说,防水是混凝土结构耐久性的永恒研究主题,这是因为混凝土结构的防水性能基本上决定了其耐久性能。因此,本文主要针对混凝土的防水性能,针对疏水性水泥混凝土,开展了疏水性水泥混凝土相关组分调研分析,进行了疏水性水泥混凝土的工作性能和物理力学性能试验、体积稳定性试验和耐久性试验,优选出了适用于水泥混凝土的疏水性材料,并提出了基于疏水性能的水泥混凝土配合比优化设计方法与制备技术。在不降低水泥混凝土各项物理力学性能的前提下,从本质上改变或部分降低了水泥混凝土的亲水性能,从根本上改善了水泥混凝土品质,提高了混凝土结构耐久性能,如吸水率降低20%~40%、非稳态氯离子扩散系数低于4×10-12m2/s。具体研究内容如下:(1)从材料性质及其与水泥混凝土的作用机理、以及环保性能要求等角度,首先优选出了可应用于水泥混凝土的聚合物材料;(2)分别对强度等级为C40、C50和C60混凝土,对不同疏水材料分别进行了配合比试验,并通过混凝土的工作性能、物理力学性能和体积稳定性能作为评价指标,以确定材料品种与合理的掺加技术;(3)根据疏水性要求和混凝土结构所处环境及耐久性要求,研究满足疏水性水泥混凝土性能的设计指标并。
[Abstract]:Waterproofing is an important measure to improve the durability of concrete structure, even a fundamental measure. It can be said that waterproofing is the eternal research subject of concrete structure durability, which is because the waterproofing performance of concrete structure basically determines its durability. Therefore, this paper mainly aimed at the waterproofing performance of concrete, aimed at hydrophobic cement concrete, carried out the investigation and analysis of the relative components of hydrophobic cement concrete, and carried out the work performance and physical and mechanical performance test of hydrophobic cement concrete. The hydrophobic material suitable for cement concrete was selected by volume stability test and durability test, and the optimum design method and preparation technology of cement concrete mixture ratio based on hydrophobic property were put forward. On the premise of not reducing the physical and mechanical properties of cement concrete, the hydrophilicity of cement concrete is changed or partially reduced in essence, the quality of cement concrete is improved fundamentally, and the durability of concrete structure is improved. If the water absorption is reduced by 20% and 40%, the diffusion coefficient of unsteady chlorine ions is less than 4 脳 10 ~ (-12) m ~ (2 / s). The specific contents of the study are as follows: (1) from the point of view of material properties and the mechanism of interaction with cement concrete, and the requirements of environmental protection, the polymer materials that can be applied to cement concrete are selected first. The mixture ratio tests of different hydrophobic materials were carried out, and the performance of concrete, physical and mechanical properties and volume stability were used as evaluation indexes. (3) according to the requirements of hydrophobicity and the environment and durability of concrete structure, the design index of hydrophobic cement concrete performance is studied.
