大学城周边村镇发展新模式探索——以厦门集美大学城为例

【摘要】：通过对厦门市集美大学城周边区域各因素进行调研、数据分析和总结,依托大学城的先天优势并合理利用区域内不同特点的高校资源,提出"一校一特点,一村一文化"的发展理念,探索有效规划和统筹大学城周边村镇文化的发展途径与改善策略,旨在改变中国大学城与周边区域"有关系、少联系"的普遍局面,提升大学城周边村镇发展潜力,形成"同城化"效应,从而构建大学城和周边村镇协调发展的双赢新模式。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the various factors surrounding the surrounding area of the city of Jimei University in Xiamen, based on the congenital advantages of the University City and the rational utilization of the different characteristics of the university resources in the region, the development ideas of "one school and one characteristic, one village and one culture" are put forward to explore the ways to effectively regulate and co-ordinate the development of village and town culture around the University City. The improvement strategy aims to change the general situation of "relationship and less connection" between China's University City and its surrounding areas, to promote the development potential of villages and towns around the University City, and to form a "urbanization" effect, so as to build a win-win new model for the coordinated development of the University City and the surrounding villages and towns.
