基于山东地域特点的建筑遮阳绿色技术研究

【摘要】:我国现代建筑设计为了获得更好的视野和简洁的外观立面,常采用较大的窗墙比设计,而大窗或玻璃幕墙相对于墙体而言,其保温隔热性能较差。随着人们对室内热舒适度要求的提高,这类建筑如果没有实施遮阳技术,会因太阳光辐射产生温室效应,夏季将造成巨大的空调能源浪费。山东虽属寒冷地区,但很多城市夏季炎热如:济南市夏季温度时常可达38度,因此本文结合山东地域气候特点开展寒冷地区的建筑遮阳被动式节能技术的研究具有重要意义。 本文通过查阅图籍资料、实地调研等对建筑遮阳的不同形式及不同材料进行调研,分析山东省建筑遮阳应用情况及存在的问题,并从遮阳与建筑一体化设计手法和建筑遮阳对建筑能耗的分析两方面进行深入研究。 在遮阳与建筑一体化设计方面,重点探讨了遮阳在建筑造型中的美学作用,分析了建筑外遮阳作为设计元素对建筑立面、建筑形态的影响。并基于不同的遮阳形式,结合山东地区气候特点,提出了遮阳作为点元素、线元素、面元素、体元素及色彩元素与建筑一体化设计方法;在建筑遮阳技术优化设计方面,针对山东省建筑外围护结构设计特点,提出了遮阳构件与墙体外保温的构造结合方法,并探讨了建筑植物遮阳的整合设计策略及构造技术措施。 此外,在建筑遮阳对建筑能耗的分析方面,借助PBECA分析软件量化分析建筑遮阳应用在不同朝向及不同形式遮阳设计的建筑能耗,并进行相关节能率计算,分析其不同遮阳效果。并针对窗玻璃选材的不同,对公共建筑和居住建筑南向固定遮阳外遮阳系数计算比值x及外挑尺寸进行研究。 最后,基于上述研究,将研究结果应用于实际工程案例之中,提出了针对实际案例外围护特点的遮阳设计建议及应用遮阳房间节能耗效果分析,并计算遮阳设计前后全年耗电量,为其它工程提供设计依据。 本论文旨在通过以上研究,寻求适宜于山东地域特点的建筑遮阳绿色技术整合设计策略,为建筑师进行建筑遮阳与建筑有机结合的整合设计提供理论基础及设计依据,并促进遮阳与建筑一体化设计在山东省的应用与推广。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain a better view and a simple facade, the modern architectural design of our country often adopts the larger window / wall ratio design, while the large window or glass curtain wall has poor thermal insulation performance compared with the wall. With the improvement of indoor thermal comfort requirement, if this kind of building does not implement sun shading technology, it will produce Greenhouse Effect due to solar radiation, which will cause huge energy waste of air conditioning in summer. Although Shandong is a cold area, many cities are hot in summer such as: Jinan city summer temperature can often reach 38 degrees, so this paper combined with the characteristics of Shandong regional climate to carry out the study of passive energy saving technology of building shading in cold regions is of great significance. Based on the investigation of different forms and materials of architectural shading, this paper analyzes the application and problems of architectural shading in Shandong Province. And from the shading and architectural integration design techniques and architectural energy consumption analysis two aspects of in-depth research. In the aspect of integrated design of sunshade and architecture, the aesthetic function of shading in architectural modeling is discussed, and the influence of external shading on the facade and form of architecture is analyzed. Based on the different shading forms and the climatic characteristics of Shandong region, this paper puts forward the integrated design method of shading as point element, line element, surface element, body element and color element, as well as architectural shading technology. In view of the design characteristics of exterior envelope structure of buildings in Shandong Province, the structural combination method of sunshade component and external heat preservation of wall is put forward, and the integrated design strategy and structural technical measures of architectural plant shading are discussed. In addition, in the analysis of building energy consumption of building shading, the energy consumption of building shading applied in different directions and different forms of shading is analyzed quantitatively by using PBECA software, and the energy saving rate is calculated to analyze the different sunshade effect. According to the different material selection of window glass, the ratio x and the outer dimension of the external sunshade coefficient of public buildings and residential buildings are studied. Finally, based on the above research, the research results are applied to practical engineering cases, and some suggestions for shading design and analysis of energy consumption of shading room are put forward according to the characteristics of external enclosure in practical cases. The annual power consumption before and after shading design is calculated to provide design basis for other projects. The purpose of this paper is to seek the integrated design strategy of green technology for architectural shading, which is suitable for the regional characteristics of Shandong province, and to provide the theoretical basis and design basis for the integrated design of the organic combination of architectural shading and architecture. And promote the application and promotion of sunshade and architectural integration design in Shandong Province.
