中国大学城中心共享区设计策略研究

【摘要】:在城市化加速和教育体制改革的的背景下,我国在上世纪九十年代开始了大规模的大学城建设,目的在于中心共享教育资源提升教育品质,推动产业升级和促进城市空间开发。然而由于建设的高速进行,管理运行思路尚不清晰以及规划设计中的不足,,使得大学城共享理念的实现度大打折扣。大学城中心共享区的低效运行现状正是这一状况的真切反应。 大学城中心共享区是大学城集群组织下产生的一个特殊成分,一方面既是大学城作为城市的一部分与城市发生互动的载体之一,另一方面又在大学城层级与大学城中的各所大学发生互动作用,它的有效运行对大学城集群价值的实现具有重要的意义。当前中国的发展思路正逐步从对量的追逐,过渡到对质的实现。大学城中心共享区的理念在具体的物质空间上的有效实现,将有益于大学城资源集聚整合为城市输出创新力量,让设施和空间等资源切实为广大师生和城市居民共享。 本文将在国内外教育空间共享理论和实际操作正反两面的基础上,对大学城中心共享区的合理组成和组合特点进行探讨,希望形成面向事实的设计策略研究,对今后的大学城中心共享区设计起到指导作用。论文主要从六个部分展开: 一、由大学城中心共享区低效运作引出对大学城中心共享区的定义、内容和价值的界定,并对国内外教育资源与空间共享研究进行理论综述,同时提出自己的研究方法和技术路线。 二、大学城中心共享区的理论基础。通过对大学城中心共享区与其他类型共享区的界定区分,对城市中心共享区发展的概述以及对特定类型大学城中心共享区的设置必要性的探讨,说明大学城中心共享区在理论上的可行性和必要性以及可能产生的基础问题。 三、当前大学城中心共享区在使用中表现出的特性或问题。通过适当的调研方法和建成案例,按照前述“中心共享区”的定义和价值,分析已建成大学城中心共享区在使用中表现出的特点以及设计成败原因。 四、中国大学城中心共享区设计共性模式。在前述理论和调研成果的基础上论述大学城中心共享区的设计目标、构成成分确定、组合特点、各层级的影响因子以及所需要的相关的配套支持。 五、大学城中心共享区共性设计策略在实际案例中的应用。将前述总结的中心共享区设计策略应用在平潭综合实验区文教园区中心共享区的规划设计中,以案例说明中心共享区的设计操作以及可能会面对的问题及解决方式。 六、总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the acceleration of urbanization and the reform of education system, China began to build a large-scale university town in the 1990s, with the aim of sharing educational resources to promote the quality of education, to promote industrial upgrading and to promote the development of urban space. However, due to the high speed of construction, the lack of clear management ideas and the lack of planning and design, the degree of realization of the shared concept of university town is greatly reduced. The inefficient operation of the shared area in the center of the university town is a true response to this situation. University town central shared area is a special component of university town cluster organization. On the one hand, it is one of the carriers of interaction between university town and city as a part of the city. On the other hand, it interacts with the universities in the university town level, and its effective operation is of great significance to the realization of the cluster value of the university town. At present, the development of China is gradually from the pursuit of quantity to the realization of confrontation. The effective realization of the idea of the university city central shared area in the concrete material space will benefit the university city resource agglomeration and integration into the city output innovation strength, so that the facilities and space resources can be shared by the teachers and students and the city residents. On the basis of both theory and practice of educational space sharing at home and abroad, this paper probes into the reasonable composition and combination characteristics of the sharing area in the center of the university town, hoping to form a fact-based design strategy. It will play a guiding role in the design of the shared area of the University City Center in the future. The thesis is mainly carried out from six parts: first, the definition, content and value of the shared area of the university city center are derived from the inefficient operation of the university town central shared area. The research on educational resources and space sharing at home and abroad is reviewed, and its own research methods and technical routes are put forward at the same time. Second, the theoretical basis of the sharing area in the center of the university town. By defining and differentiating the central shared area of the university town from other types of sharing area, the paper discusses the development of the urban central shared area and the necessity of setting up the central shared area of the specific type of university town. This paper explains the feasibility and necessity of the shared area in theory and the possible basic problems. Third, the characteristics or problems in the use of the university center shared area. According to the definition and value of the "central shared area" mentioned above, the characteristics of the central shared area in the university town and the reasons for the success or failure of the design are analyzed through appropriate investigation methods and completed cases. Fourth, the common pattern of the common design of the shared area of China University City Center. On the basis of the above theory and research results, this paper discusses the design objectives, components determination, combination characteristics, influence factors of each level and relevant supporting support of the shared area of the university city center. Fifth, the application of the common design strategy of university center shared area in practical cases. The design strategy of the central shared area is applied to the planning and design of the central shared area in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area. The design operation of the central shared area and the possible problems and solutions are illustrated by a case study. Summary and prospect.
