清原县小城镇生态建设评价研究

【摘要】：发展小城镇是建设中国特色城镇化道路的不可避免的选择。小城镇的发展是缩小城市和农村之间的差距的客观需求,可以实现城乡一体化协调发展,是城市和农村之间的桥梁和联系。近年来,伴随着小城镇的快速发展出现了许多问题,在这些问题中最为突出的是小城镇生态环境的日益恶化。从某种程度上讲,生态环境保护问题解决得是否合理制约着我国的城镇化的进展。所以,生态环境的保护问题在实现小城镇的可持续发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。小城镇的建设和发展应在生态构架基础之上,突破传统方式,在生态环境建设过程中注入科学技术元素,创建文明社会,发展生态经济,从根本上实现小城镇建设生态化。本文第一章绪论部分分析了我国小城镇发展现状,列举国内外专家们的研究成果与实际建设现状,初步介绍了小城镇生态建设过程中值得关注的主要问题和有价值的宝贵的借鉴经验。最后,简要介绍了本论文主要的研究内容和方法及研究框架。第二章是相关理论综述,对小城镇和生态建设的概念以及生态小城镇的含义进行了阐述,并介绍了当前有关小城镇生态建设的理论基础和学科分类,分析了建设过程中的各种相关理论。在第三章中,对生态和环保问题进行了深入地剖析,与生态建设的目标和原则相结合,探讨小城镇生态建设的途径和内容。在第四章中,通过分析清原县生态建设现状,同时对比清原的优势和劣势,针对清原提出生态建设理念。在第五章中,基于生态城市指标体系的参考之上,选择了具有代表性的生态建设指标,使得清原县生态建设研究更加科学和有效,同时构建的指标体系可以有效衡量清原县的生态化程度,为评价生态建设状况提供强有力的科学保障。第六章结合相关综合评价的数学理论方法进行指标的评价,在综合评价的评价结果基础之上分析相关数据的含义。第七章的内容是在第六章分析结果之上,总结清原县生态建设需要改进的地方,为更好的发展提出科学改进意见和对策。本文讨论了小城镇生态建设的理论和实践问题,目的是为了促进小城镇建设生态化,并对其有一定指导意义。在本文中,建立的小城镇生态评价指标体系目的是为衡量小城镇生态化程度提供一定的依据和标准,来促进我国城镇化进程,使其朝着健康快速的方向发
[Abstract]:The development of small towns is the inevitable choice of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. The development of small towns is the objective demand to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, can realize the coordinated development of urban and rural integration, and is the bridge and connection between cities and rural areas. In recent years, with the rapid development of small towns, there are many problems, the most prominent of which is the worsening of the ecological environment of small towns. To a certain extent, the problem of ecological environment protection is reasonable to restrict the progress of urbanization in China. Therefore, the protection of ecological environment plays an important role in realizing the sustainable development of small towns. The construction and development of small towns should be based on the ecological framework, break through the traditional ways, inject scientific and technological elements into the process of ecological environment construction, create a civilized society, develop ecological economy, and fundamentally realize the ecological construction of small towns. The first chapter of this paper analyzes the development of small towns in China, enumerates the domestic and foreign experts' research results and actual construction status. The main problems and valuable experience in ecological construction of small towns are introduced. Finally, this paper briefly introduces the main research content, methods and research framework. The second chapter is a review of relevant theories. The concept of small town and ecological construction and the meaning of ecological small town are expounded, and the theoretical basis and subject classification of ecological construction of small town are introduced. The related theories in the process of construction are analyzed. In the third chapter, the problems of ecology and environmental protection are deeply analyzed, combined with the goal and principle of ecological construction, the approaches and contents of ecological construction of small towns are discussed. In the fourth chapter, by analyzing the present situation of ecological construction in Qingyuan County, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Qingyuan County, the author puts forward the concept of ecological construction in the light of Qingyuan County. In the fifth chapter, based on the reference of ecological city index system, the representative ecological construction index is selected, which makes the research of ecological construction in Qingyuan county more scientific and effective. At the same time, the index system can effectively measure the ecological degree of Qingyuan County, and provide a powerful scientific guarantee for the evaluation of ecological construction. In the sixth chapter, the relevant data are analyzed on the basis of the results of the comprehensive evaluation, which is based on the mathematical theory and method of correlative comprehensive evaluation. The content of the seventh chapter is based on the results of the sixth chapter, summarizes the ecological construction of Qingyuan County need to improve the place, for better development put forward scientific improvement suggestions and countermeasures. This paper discusses the theory and practice of ecological construction of small towns in order to promote the ecological construction of small towns and has certain guiding significance. In this paper, the purpose of the ecological evaluation index system of small towns is to provide a certain basis and standard for measuring the ecological degree of small towns, to promote the process of urbanization in China and to make it develop in the direction of health and speed.
