海南乡村旅游之民居建筑研究

【摘要】：海南气候宜人,农村地域广阔,自然和人文景观类型多样；农业历史悠久,农产品丰富；民族众多,民俗风情多彩；农村文化有着它自己独特的特色,具有发展休闲观光农业和乡村旅游的得天独厚的条件。海南国际旅游岛政策的提出,更为海南乡村旅游的发展提供了契机。由于城市化建设的发展和城市生活节奏逐渐变快,人们对乡村旅游的需求和渴望也将日益强烈,这为海南发展观光休闲农业和乡村旅游提供了巨大的客源市场。展望未来,海南不仅是旅游大省,而且也应该是乡村旅游大省。民居,是人类因居住生活所需而建立起来的栖身之所,是人类居住类型的形成与发展。不同的社会生产力发展水平可以导致不同的民居类型,民居建筑的发展,可以产生不同的建筑物风格。将海南的民居建筑设计,与本土的古朴浓厚的民族风情结合起来,不仅对人们探索海南岛古代文化历史和传统文化,追溯民居历史和建筑工艺具有重要的研究价值和保护价值,同时也能使海南岛的乡村旅游更具有特色和市场竞争力。海南国际旅游岛建设的重要战略之一就是建设国际经济合作文化交流的重要平台,充分发挥建设特色民居就是打造少数民族原生态文化资源的优势,加上民族音乐舞蹈、民俗民风等健康的历史文化元素和民族风情,最终特色民居会成为海南国际旅游岛建设人文旅游资源的第一品牌。
[Abstract]:Hainan has a pleasant climate, vast rural areas, diverse natural and human landscape types, a long history of agriculture, rich agricultural products, numerous nationalities and colorful folklore. Rural culture has its own unique characteristics. With the development of leisure tourism agriculture and rural tourism unique conditions. The policy of Hainan's international tourism island provides an opportunity for the development of Hainan's rural tourism. With the development of urbanization and the rapid pace of urban life, people's demand for and desire for rural tourism will become increasingly strong, which provides a huge tourist market for the development of tourism, leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Hainan. Looking forward to the future, Hainan is not only a big province of tourism, but also a province of rural tourism. Folk residence is a kind of dwelling that human beings need to live in, and it is the formation and development of human habitation type. Different levels of social productive forces can lead to different types of residential buildings, the development of residential buildings can produce different building styles. Combining the architectural design of residential buildings in Hainan with the ancient and unsophisticated national customs in Hainan not only has important research value and protection value for people to explore the ancient cultural history and traditional culture of Hainan Island, but also to trace back to the history of folk houses and architectural techniques. At the same time, it can also make Hainan Island's rural tourism more distinctive and competitive in the market. One of the important strategies for the construction of Hainan's international tourist island is to build an important platform for international economic cooperation and cultural exchange. To give full play to the construction of characteristic folk houses is to create the advantages of the original ecological and cultural resources of ethnic minorities, as well as the folk music and dance. Folk customs and other healthy historical and cultural elements and national customs will eventually become the first brand of Hainan International Tourism Island to build humanistic tourism resources.
