集中荷载作用下配斜筋钢筋混凝土梁受剪承载力分析及试验研究

【摘要】:对钢筋混凝土构件抗剪机理的研究已超过100年,但是由于抗剪机理本身的复杂性,且影响因素众多,然而迄今为止其理论仍不尽完善,至今仍没有得到公认的理论模型。目前关于钢筋混凝土梁斜截面抗剪承载力研究主要针对的是配箍筋的钢筋混凝土梁,而对于斜筋存在情况下混凝土梁的抗剪性能研究尚少见报道。本文依据配斜筋钢筋混凝土的试验,对钢筋混凝土梁的斜截面抗剪机理进行了分析,具体研究如下:(1)总结了国内外钢筋混凝土构件抗剪承载力研究的现状,并对钢筋混凝土构件的受剪承载力计算模型进行较为系统的阐述,对比分析了各种理论之间的优缺点。(2)简要介绍了配斜筋钢筋混凝土梁斜截面受剪承载力的试验概况,对加载过程中的试验现象及试验所得的数据进行了分析,包括裂缝裂缝宽度、挠度、剪压区的应变和钢筋应变等随荷载增加的变化,对其变化规律进行了分析。(3)对比分析了中国规范(GB50010-2010)和美国规范(AC1318-08)中有腹筋梁的受剪承载力计算公式,考虑了两国规范中混凝土强度、剪跨比和配箍率等参数对受剪承载力的影响。对中美规范中所采用的钢筋和混凝土材料的强度进行了换算。并对不同混凝土强度等级和不同钢筋的中美规范规定的最小配筋率进行了对比分析。(4)对Rinkane强度破坏准则进行了简化,基于极限平衡理论和简化的混凝土强度破坏准则,提出了配斜筋的钢筋混凝土梁斜截面受剪承载力计算公式,并通过试验梁的斜截面受剪承载力与理论值进行对比,试验结果与理论值吻合较好。
[Abstract]:The shear mechanism of reinforced concrete members has been studied for more than 100 years, but due to the complexity of shear mechanism itself and many factors affecting it, its theory is still not perfect, and there is still no accepted theoretical model. At present, the research on shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams with skew section is mainly focused on reinforced concrete beams with stirrups. Based on the experiment of reinforced concrete with skew reinforcement, this paper analyzes the shear mechanism of reinforced concrete beam with inclined section. The specific research is as follows: (1) the present situation of research on shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete members at home and abroad is summarized. The calculation model of shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete members is systematically expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of various theories are compared and analyzed. (2) A brief introduction is given to the experimental survey of shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams with skew bars. The experimental phenomena during loading and the experimental data are analyzed, including the variation of crack width, deflection, strain in shear compression zone and strain of steel bar with the increase of load. The variation law is analyzed. (3) the formulas for calculating the shear capacity of web reinforced beams in Chinese Code (GB50010-2010) and American Code (AC1318-08) are analyzed, and the concrete strength in the codes of the two countries is considered. The influence of shear span ratio and hoop ratio on shear bearing capacity. The strength of steel bar and concrete material used in Chinese-American code is converted. The minimum reinforcement ratio of different concrete strength grades and different steel bars is compared and analyzed. (4) the Rinkane strength failure criterion is simplified based on the limit equilibrium theory and the simplified concrete strength failure criterion. A formula for calculating the shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams with skew tendons is presented. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical values by comparing the shear capacity of the inclined section of the test beams with the theoretical values.
