未自燃煤矸石混凝土基本性能的研究

【摘要】:本文以工业废料-未自燃煤矸石产量大、高污染、利用率低为背景,采用了微观分析和试验研究相结合的方法,对低烧煤矸石活性矿物掺合料和未自燃煤矸石集料进行了深入研究。 通过X-射线衍射、工业分析与化学分析、红外光谱分析等微观检测手段,对未自燃煤矸石的微观特征进行了全面地研究和分析,为未自燃煤矸石用作胶凝材料奠定了理论依据。 利用活性效应分析方法中的强度对比实验法,将不同温度的煤矸石煅烧料和增钙煤矸石煅烧料作为水泥掺合料并在不同掺量的情况下进行对比,研究其变化规律。在此基础上进行低温煤矸石活性矿物掺合料制备技术的研究,将600℃适当增钙的煤矸石煅烧料与矿渣复合、600℃煤矸石与烧结法赤泥增钙复合煅烧料掺入水泥体系中,研究其在不同配比下的强度变化规律,并确定最佳配合比方案,同时对其水化机理进行了适当的分析。 为了降低在技术开发方面的要求,本文另将未自燃煤矸石用作混凝土粗细集料,研究其全部代替混凝土粗细集料的强度发展规律和破坏机制;根据混凝土集料优化技术,对混凝土粗细集料级配进行优化试验研究,增加未自燃煤矸石中间集料并适当掺入石灰石粉对其工作性能进行调节。通过大量的试验分析,,增加未自燃煤矸石中间集料调节混凝土集料级配并适当引入石灰石粉可以改善混凝土的工作性能和提高混凝土强度,从而能够进一步降低水泥用量。
[Abstract]:Under the background of large output, high pollution and low utilization rate of unburned coal gangue, the method of combining microscopic analysis with experimental study is adopted in this paper. The active mineral admixture of low burning coal gangue and non-spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate were studied. By means of X-ray diffraction, industrial analysis and chemical analysis, infrared spectrum analysis, the microscopic characteristics of unburned coal gangue were comprehensively studied and analyzed, which laid a theoretical foundation for unspontaneous combustion gangue to be used as cementing material. By using the strength contrast experiment method in the active effect analysis method, the coal gangue calcined material and the calcareous coal gangue calcined material at different temperature were used as cement admixture and the change law was studied.
