预应力混凝土管桩桩体上浮原因分析及处理措施

【摘要】:预应力混凝土管桩近年来在沿海地区得到广泛的应用。在应用过程中发现经常出现桩体上浮现象。通过工程实例,针对现场已挖好的土方、已完成的支护,采用静压机进行复打有一定的适用难度,因此决定采用锤击机进行复打,结果显示复打后的桩承载力及沉降均满足规范要求。在楼层较高桩间距较密,且上层存在较厚饱和粘土层的情况下,使用预应力混凝土管桩尤其应该慎重,施工时应该采取合理的措施预防桩基上浮。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete pipe piles have been widely used in coastal areas in recent years. In the process of application, the phenomenon of pile floating is often found. Through the engineering example, for the earthwork already excavated and the finished support, it is difficult to use the static press to retake, so it is decided to use the hammering machine. The results show that the bearing capacity and settlement of the piles meet the requirements of the code. In the case of thick saturated clay layer in the upper layer, the use of prestressed concrete pipe pile should be cautious, and reasonable measures should be taken to prevent the pile foundation from floating.
