某地下车库底板上浮原因鉴定分析及加固

【摘要】：近年来,因自然原因引起的建筑物地下车库上浮开裂受损时有发生,某新建住宅小区地下车库工程,暴雨后地下水位上升引起车库底板上浮,造成地下车库底板、柱、梁、顶板等构件的破坏,结合现场检测、调查结果,依据设计资料,对地下车库进行结构计算,分析了车库底板上浮开裂受损原因,并提出相应的加固措施,为今后类似工程问题的处理提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cracks of underground garage caused by natural causes have occurred from time to time. In the underground garage engineering of a new residential district, the rise of underground water level after the storm caused the floor of the garage to float, resulting in the floor of the underground garage, columns and beams. According to the data of design, the structure of underground garage is calculated, and the causes of floatation cracking are analyzed, and the corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward. It provides reference for solving similar engineering problems in the future.
