三元胶凝材料中粉煤灰和轻烧白云石的复合效应

【摘要】:以含有活性氧化镁和碳酸钙的轻烧白云石、粉煤灰作为硅酸盐水泥的掺和料。研究了相同掺量粉煤灰、轻烧白云石及粉煤灰与轻烧白云石复掺时胶凝材料力学性能的变化规律。结合水化热、XRD、FSEM等测试手段对不同体系胶凝材料的水化过程、组成及微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,粉煤灰与轻烧白云石复掺时,胶凝材料具有优于单掺时的力学性能。当轻烧白云石掺量为10%,粉煤灰掺量为30%时,胶凝材料在90 d的抗压强度可以达到51.0 MPa,为粉煤灰和轻烧白云石单掺40%时胶凝材料抗压强度的123.2%和151.8%。
[Abstract]:Fly ash was used as the admixture of Portland cement with light burning dolomite containing active magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate. The change of mechanical properties of cementing materials with the same amount of fly ash, light calcined dolomite and fly ash and light calcined dolomite was studied. The hydration process, composition and micromorphology of different systems of cementing materials were characterized by means of XRD- FSEM. The results show that when fly ash is mixed with light calcined dolomite, the cementing material has better mechanical properties. When the content of light burned dolomite and fly ash is 10 and 30 respectively, the compressive strength of cementitious material can reach 51.0 MPa in 90 days, which is 123.2% and 151.8% of that of fly ash and light burned dolomite.
