粗骨料含量对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】：试验设计制作了3系列不同粗骨料含量的混凝土试块,利用NEL饱盐电导率法对试块进行了抗氯离子渗透性能的测定,以探讨粗骨料含量对普通和再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明:对于普通混凝土,粗骨料的稀释效应和曲折效应占主导地位,界面区效应处于次要地位,表现为随着粗骨料含量的增加,其抗氯离子渗透性能增强,渗透系数呈现减少的趋势;对于再生混凝土,粗骨料的界面区效应占主导地位,其稀释效应和曲折效应处于次要地位,表现为渗透系数随着粗骨料含量的增加而增大,抗氯离子渗透性能下降;对掺有8%硅灰的再生混凝土,随粗骨料含量的增加,渗透系数先增加后降低,降低趋势相对平缓,不如普通混凝土显著。
[Abstract]:Three series of concrete specimens with different coarse aggregate content were designed and made. The chloride permeation resistance of the samples was measured by NEL saturated salt conductivity method. The effect of coarse aggregate content on chloride penetration resistance of ordinary and recycled concrete was studied. The experimental results show that the dilution and zigzag effects of coarse aggregate are dominant and the interfacial zone effect is secondary to the ordinary concrete, which shows that the chloride permeation resistance increases with the increase of coarse aggregate content. For recycled concrete, the interfacial zone effect of coarse aggregate is dominant, the dilution effect and zigzag effect are secondary, and the permeability coefficient increases with the increase of coarse aggregate content. For recycled concrete with 8% silica fume, the permeability coefficient first increases and then decreases with the increase of coarse aggregate content, and the decrease trend is relatively gentle, which is less obvious than that of ordinary concrete.
