基于Unity3D的电梯安装仿真互动系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济的发展,电梯数量激增,随之而引起的电梯安全问题备受关注。传统的电梯安装教学模式不能满足让安装人员进行现场实践操作的要求,教学质量低。由于现场实际操作对场地、设备和师资等要求较高,利用Unity3D技术搭建一个电梯安装的仿真互动环境,可以使安装人员在网络环境中进行电梯安装的仿真模拟,达到高效教学的目的。本文介绍了以有机房直梯的标准电梯安装业务需求为基础的电梯安装仿真互动系统的开发过程。该仿真互动系统的设计与实现以Unity3D技术为基础,包括网络化信息管理页面、Unity3D仿真互动平台和电梯安装流程工艺配置工具三部分。网络化信息管理页面为用户提供个人信息和课程信息管理的网络化平台。Unity3D仿真互动平台实现在Web页面之上,为用户提供图形化操作界面,满足用户进行电梯安装实践操作的需求。工艺配置工具为工艺工程师提供电梯安装流程配置的可视化平台,工艺工程师可以通过该工具将电梯安装流程配置到系统中,供学员进行学习。该仿真互动系统是在MySql数据库、MonoDevelop和Microsoft Visual Studio 2010平台下,使用C#语言开发完成的。符合有机房直梯的标准安装需求。本文首先介绍了课题背景和Unity3D技术的研究现状。然后介绍了在设计与实现电梯安装仿真互动系统需要使用到的相关技术,详细分析了系统的业务需求。随后介绍了整个仿真互动系统的总体架构,分析每个模块的设计与其要实现的功能。在系统的实现过程中,根据系统模块的划分,详细讲解了Unity3D仿真互动平台和电梯安装流程工艺配置工具中各模块和组成部分的具体实现。接下来阐述仿真互动系统的测试方法,并对测试结果进行说明。最后对本文工作进行总结,展望本系统未来的工作和发展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy, the number of elevators has increased rapidly. The traditional elevator installation teaching mode can not meet the requirements of installation personnel to carry out practical operation on the spot, and the teaching quality is low. Because of the high requirement of the site, equipment and teachers in the actual operation, using Unity3D technology to set up an interactive environment of elevator installation can make the installers simulate the installation of elevators in the network environment. To achieve the goal of efficient teaching. This paper introduces the development process of the elevator installation simulation interactive system based on the standard elevator installation business requirement of the machine room. The design and implementation of the simulation interactive system is based on Unity3D technology, including three parts: the interactive platform of network information management page and the process configuration tool of elevator installation process. Network information management page provides users with personal information and curriculum information management network platform. Unity3D simulation interactive platform is implemented on the Web page, providing users with graphical operation interface. To meet the needs of the user for elevator installation practice. The process configuration tool provides a visual platform for the process engineer to configure the elevator installation process, through which the process engineer can configure the elevator installation process into the system for the students to learn. The simulation interactive system is developed on the platform of MySql database MonoDevelop and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 using C # language. Meet the standard installation requirements of straight ladder with machine room. This paper first introduces the background of the subject and the research status of Unity3D technology. Then it introduces the related technologies that need to be used in the design and implementation of the elevator installation simulation interactive system, and analyzes the business requirements of the system in detail. Then the overall architecture of the simulation interactive system is introduced, and the design of each module and its functions are analyzed. In the realization of the system, according to the division of the system modules, the detailed implementation of each module and components in the Unity3D simulation interactive platform and the process configuration tool for elevator installation process is explained in detail. Then the test method of the interactive simulation system is described, and the test results are explained. Finally, the work of this paper is summarized, and the future work and development direction of the system are prospected.
