严寒地区近零能耗办公建筑节能设计研究

【摘要】:二十一世纪的全球化带来的是全球经济的普遍联系与发展。在全球化的大趋势下,不断发展的经济、工业、交通和建筑都在不停的消耗着地球宝贵的资源、而能源消耗的量也在不断增长。因此建筑节能则成为能源工作开源节流的重要举措。而办公建筑的节能作为高能耗建筑中的重要组成部分,己经成为建筑节能工作的重中之重。零能耗建筑是建筑行业发展的最终目标,但目前的技术水平,达到零能耗需要较高的投资和非常高的施工水平。欧洲自2010年以来,大力倡导发展近零能耗建筑,在当今技术水平下,确立可实现的能耗目标。欧盟各个成员国纷纷响应,建立指标与规范。我国也于2005年建立《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑设计导则》,旨在发展适合我国国情的近零能耗建筑。目前,我国被动式建筑及超低能耗建筑的研究停留在居住建筑层面,对于能耗较大的公共建筑较少涉及,对严寒地区的研究也不甚全面。因此,本文从严寒地区气候特点和办公建筑的普遍特点入手,通过调研建立办公建筑基础模型及指标,对已建立的标准办公建筑运用Energy Plus模拟软件进行能耗模拟分析,得出严寒地区近零能耗指标限值和实现能耗目标的建筑节能系统参数。归纳总结出现有技术在能耗标准限值和严寒地区气候条件的背景下,适宜节能技术的遴选组合。最后通过实际近零能耗项目,对节能设计模式进行验证。本文的主要结论为:1)严寒地区近零能耗办公建筑能耗限值和节能系统参数。以严寒地区代表城市沈阳为例,通过对办公建筑标准模型的能耗计算,提出适合于当地气候条件的近零能耗办公建筑能耗限值和围护结构热工性能指标。2)严寒地区办公建筑近零能耗设计模式及适用技术甄选集成。针对严寒地区所处地理位置的自然环境、可再生能源利用现状、经济性等,建立严寒地区近零能耗办公建筑使用技术体系遴选集成。
[Abstract]:Globalization in the 21 century brought about the universal connection and development of the global economy. In the trend of globalization, the growing economy, industry, transportation and construction are constantly consuming the precious resources of the earth, and the amount of energy consumption is also increasing. Therefore, building energy conservation has become an important measure to increase energy resources and reduce expenditure. As an important part of high energy consumption building, office building energy-saving has become the most important part of building energy-saving work. Zero energy consumption building is the ultimate goal of the development of the construction industry, but the current technical level, to achieve zero energy consumption, requires a high investment and a very high construction level. Since 2010, Europe has strongly advocated the development of near-zero energy consumption building, and set the achievable energy consumption target under the current technology level. Each EU member country responds one after another, establishes the index and the norm. In 2005, China also established the "passive Ultra-low Energy consumption Green Building Design guidelines", which aims to develop near-zero energy consumption buildings suitable for China's national conditions. At present, the research of passive buildings and ultra-low energy consumption buildings in our country remains at the level of residential buildings, and the research on the public buildings with more energy consumption is less concerned, and the research on cold areas is not very comprehensive. Therefore, this paper starts with the climatic characteristics and the general characteristics of office buildings in severe cold areas, establishes the basic model and index of office buildings through investigation and research, and analyzes the energy consumption simulation of the established standard office buildings by using Energy Plus simulation software. The limit value of near zero energy consumption index and the parameters of building energy saving system are obtained. Under the background of energy consumption standard limit and climatic conditions in severe cold areas, the selection and combination of suitable energy saving technologies are summarized. Finally, the energy saving design model is verified by the near zero energy consumption project. The main conclusion of this paper is: (1) the limit of energy consumption and the parameters of energy saving system for office buildings with near zero energy consumption in severe cold area. Taking Shenyang, the representative city of severe cold, as an example, the energy consumption of the standard model of office building is calculated. The energy consumption limit of near zero energy consumption office building and the thermal performance index of enclosure structure for local climate conditions are put forward. The design mode of near zero energy consumption for office building in severe cold area and the suitable technology selection integration are put forward. In view of the natural environment, the present situation of renewable energy utilization and the economy of the geographical location in the severe cold area, the selection and integration of the technical system for the use of office buildings with near zero energy consumption in the severe cold area is established.
