高压燃气管道翻转内衬修复中不同清理工艺的比较研究

【摘要】:翻转内衬技术是一项近年来在国内燃气行业逐渐兴起的技术,其原理是将管状聚氨酯薄膜纤维织物通过高强度黏合剂在压缩空气的推动下翻转粘于清洁后的旧管道内壁,常温加压固化后,在旧管道内壁形成完全密封的内衬层,以达到对旧管道的修复。北京市燃气行业于十余年前引进了中压翻转内衬技术并取得了一定的成绩。而随着城市建设的日新月异,原有的中压内衬技术已经不能满足城市燃气管道修复的要求。为此,2011年,又引进了高压技术作为完善补充。而管道的清理工艺又是翻转内衬施工能否成功的重要环节。本文的目的就是通过对管道清理方法的研究,对比出几种方式的异同,找出最优化的清理方案,为今后在北京燃气乃至全国燃气行业翻转内衬修复技术提供理论依据。通过已实际工程为依托的研究发现,在管道的翻转内衬修复施工中,各项管道清理工艺是独立的,但同时也是相辅相成的。在工程中的合理使用能够使工程得到更好地完成,质量也将更加得到保障。
[Abstract]:Reverse lining technology is a new technology in domestic gas industry in recent years. Its principle is to flip tubular polyurethane film fabric onto the inner wall of clean old pipe through high strength adhesive and compressed air. After normal temperature pressure solidification, the inner wall of the old pipe is sealed completely, so as to repair the old pipe. Beijing gas industry introduced the medium-pressure flip lining technology more than ten years ago and made some achievements. With the rapid development of urban construction, the original medium-pressure lining technology can not meet the requirements of urban gas pipeline repair. Therefore, in 2011, the introduction of high-voltage technology as a perfect supplement. The cleaning process of pipeline is an important link to the success of reverse lining construction. The purpose of this paper is to find out the optimal cleaning scheme through the study of pipeline cleaning methods, compare the similarities and differences of several ways, and provide the theoretical basis for the reverse lining repair technology in Beijing gas industry and even in the national gas industry in the future. Based on the research of actual engineering, it is found that the cleaning process of pipeline is independent, but it is also complementary to each other. The reasonable use in the project can make the project be completed better, and the quality will be guaranteed more.
