深圳市南山区社区绿道评价与优化策略研究

【摘要】:2010年,随着《广东省人民政府关于珠江三角洲绿道网总体规划纲要》的提出,各市区开始了生态基础设施及绿道的建设进程。深圳依托本身的自然资源优势,加之资金的支持,作为绿道建设的排头兵,已进行了近285公里的绿道铺设,大部分绿道已投入使用。深圳市绿道共分为三个层次:区域绿道、城市绿道和社区绿道。其中,社区绿道的级别在绿道各级别中最低,它连接着社区级公园、小公园和街头公园绿地等,为在附近居住的居民提供日常性、短距离的出行服务,虽然单个细小,但总量惊人,对改善城市环境、维持城市正常运营具有重要意义。首先对使用后评价(即POE)进行研究,了解其定义、特点、方法、程序等基础内容,接着对社区绿道的概念、功能、特点等相关内容进行阐释;在对深圳市社区绿道的建设标准进行总结归纳、探索性调研以及观察使用者行为调研之后,得出南山区社区绿道的现状与特点。然后根据前期的工作确定针对于南山区社区绿道的评价因子,参考城市绿道评价方法,结合南山区的自身特征,建立南山区社区绿道评价指标。本文从三方面对南山区社区绿道进行评价,包括道路系统、设施系统与绿化系统。从定量和定性的两个方面得到相关评价结果,总结出各评价因子中所存在的问题。根据评价中出现的问题有,有针对性地提出优化策略,包括构建完善的慢行系统网络体系、建立与社区绿道结合紧密的设施系统、建设突显社区绿道特色的绿化系统。在南山区社区绿道的特色和现有街道划分的基础上,对慢行系统进行分区规划,并将社区绿道分类,有针对性地对每一区、每一类型绿道的布局、设施和绿化等进行优化。论文研究了南山区社区绿道的建设历程,总结出其建设特点,建立了针对南山区社区绿道的评价指标并对社区绿道的建设及分布等现状做出评价,提出了相应的优化策略,旨在使得南山区社区绿道随着深圳市绿道建设的发展而得到更好的发展。
[Abstract]:In 2010, with the proposal of the outline of the Master Planning of the Green Road Network in the Pearl River Delta by the Guangdong Provincial people's Government, the construction of ecological infrastructure and green roads began in all urban areas. Relying on its own natural resource advantages and the support of funds, Shenzhen, as the vanguard of green road construction, has paved nearly 285 kilometers of green roads, most of which have been put into use. Shenzhen Green Road is divided into three levels: regional Green Road, Urban Green Road and Community Green Road. Among them, the community green road ranks the lowest among all levels of the green road. It connects community parks, small parks and street parks to provide daily, short-distance travel services for residents living nearby, although it is small and individual. However, the total amount is amazing, which is of great significance to improve the urban environment and maintain the normal operation of the city. First of all, the post-use evaluation (POE) is studied to understand its definition, characteristics, methods, procedures and other basic content, and then the concept, function, characteristics and other related contents of community green road are explained. After summing up and summarizing the construction standard of community green road in Shenzhen city, exploring investigation and observing user behavior investigation, the present situation and characteristics of community green road in Nanshan district are obtained. Then according to the previous work to determine the evaluation factors for the community green road in Nanshan area, referring to the evaluation method of urban green road, combined with the characteristics of the southern mountain area, establish the evaluation index of the community green road in the south mountain area. This paper evaluates the community green road in Nanshan area from three aspects, including road system, facility system and greening system. The related evaluation results are obtained from the quantitative and qualitative aspects, and the problems existing in the evaluation factors are summarized. According to the problems in the evaluation, the optimization strategies are put forward, including the construction of a perfect slow moving system network system, the establishment of a facility system which is closely combined with the community green road, and the construction of a greening system that highlights the characteristics of the community green road. On the basis of the characteristics of the community green road and the existing street division in Nanshan District, the slow moving system is planned and the community green road is classified to optimize the layout, facilities and greening of each district, each type of green road and so on. This paper studies the construction course of community green road in Nanshan area, summarizes its construction characteristics, establishes the evaluation index for community green road in Nanshan area, evaluates the present situation of community green road construction and distribution, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy. The purpose of this paper is to improve the development of green road in Nanshan district with the development of Shenzhen green road construction.
