长春中东铁路附属地居住建筑形态研究

【摘要】：长春中东铁路附属地居住建筑，对长春这座城市的形成与发展占据着重要的地位，它是长春城市建设、历史文化内涵的重要组成部分。从建造意义上讲，是为了满足迁入长春中东铁路附属地的员工及护路军将士的生活需要，从而修建的具有一定特殊文化内涵的居住建筑。这类居住建筑除了满足日常生活起居的需求外，也充分展现了俄国建筑师们对居住环境的舒适度的设计及个性化的建筑艺术形象追求，同时展现了俄罗斯建筑师在严寒气候下精湛的建造技术。 因此本文以长春市中东铁路附属地居住建筑为主要研究对象，运用建筑形态学、类型学及符号学等相关理论和研究方法进行研究。建筑的本体形态为本篇论文主要的研究内容。建筑形态包括建筑的材料、建筑的形式以及建筑的内部构造几个方面。论文共分四个部分： 第一部分介绍了课题来源、研究背景、研究目的与意义、总结国内外目前研究现状，明确该论文的研究方法及论文框架。 第二部分从自然、社会、人文三大方面来阐述中东铁路附属地居住建筑形成的主导因素。 第三部分针对居住建筑的现状进行分析、阐述居住建筑的材料与技术、以及分析其对寒冷气候的适应性方式，研究长春中东铁路居住建筑技术形态特征。 第四部分在研究结构形态的基础之上，对规划布局的形态进行深入的研究；并对建筑内部的平面布局、空间组合、界面装饰等形式进行比较分析；同时将外部形态分为结构性构件形态、功能性构件形态、装饰性构件形态三类对建筑外部装饰构件的形式特征进行总结和分析。 本文希望通过对长春中东铁路附属地居住建筑的形态研究，，给长春历史文化街区的研究以及历史建筑的保护与利用这一课题提供详实的资料。
[Abstract]:The residential building of Changchun Middle East Railway, which plays an important role in the formation and development of Changchun, is an important part of Changchun's urban construction and historical and cultural connotation. In the sense of construction, it is to meet the living needs of the staff who moved into the affiliated areas of Changchun Middle East Railway and the officers and soldiers of the road guards, thus building the residential buildings with certain cultural connotations. In addition to meeting the needs of daily life, this kind of residential building also fully demonstrates the Russian architects' pursuit of the comfortable design of the living environment and the individualized architectural art image. At the same time, it shows the construction skills of Russian architects in cold weather. Therefore, this paper takes the residential buildings of the Middle East Railway in Changchun as the main research object, using architectural morphology, typology, semiotics and other related theories and research methods. The Noumenon form of architecture is the main research content of this paper. The architectural form includes the building materials, the form of the building and the internal structure of the building. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the source, background, purpose and significance of the research, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research methods and framework of the paper. The second part expounds the dominant factors of the residential buildings in the Middle East Railway appendages from the three aspects of nature, society and humanity. The third part analyzes the current situation of residential buildings, expounds the materials and technologies of residential buildings, analyzes their adaptability to cold weather, and studies the technical characteristics of residential buildings in Changchun Middle East Railway. In the fourth part, on the basis of the study of the structural form, the form of planning layout is deeply studied, and the plane layout, space combination, interface decoration and other forms of the building are compared and analyzed. At the same time, the external form is divided into structural component form, functional component form, decorative component form three types of architectural external decoration component form characteristics are summarized and analyzed. This paper hopes to provide detailed data for the study of Changchun historical and cultural district and the protection and utilization of historical buildings through the study of the residential buildings of Changchun Middle East Railway.
