“流动城市”:荷兰城市地表水系统规划发展和设计模型解读

【摘要】：近年来针对国内频发的城市内涝问题,讨论的方向主要集中在城市小排水系统上,而对于大排水系统,即城市地表水系统的设计,则是一片空白。对于许多老城区,由于地下排水系统无法推倒重来,地表水系统的设计成为提高城市防洪排涝能力的重要手段。研究从城市设计层面出发,通过对荷兰城市地表水系统规划思路的变迁和设计模型的解读,为我国城市解决内涝问题和地表水系统的规划设计提供一个思考的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in view of the frequent urban waterlogging problem in China, the direction of discussion is mainly focused on the urban small drainage system, but the design of the large drainage system, that is, the urban surface water system, is a blank. For many old urban areas, the design of surface water system has become an important means to improve the ability of flood control and drainage because the underground drainage system can not be pushed down and restarted. From the aspect of urban design, through the analysis of the changes of planning ideas and design models of Dutch urban surface water system, this paper provides a thinking direction for solving the problem of waterlogging and the planning and design of surface water system in Chinese cities.
