典型圆管及圆管—方管相贯节点疲劳特性研究

【摘要】:钢管结构被广泛的运用于社会的各个方面,在使用的过程中结构因为遭受各种疲劳荷载的作用,将会引起疲劳破坏,严重时造成巨大的工程事故。以往只考虑钢管结构的承载力设计将会不足,还需要对钢管结构的疲劳寿命进行复核。相贯节点是钢管结构常用的节点形式,其种类特别丰富,包括圆钢管相贯节点、方钢管相贯节点、组合截面管节点等。以往对于圆钢管和方钢管相贯节点疲劳特性的研究较多,而对于组合截面相贯节点的研究较少。本文采用多种焊接结构疲劳分析方法,对典型的圆管及圆管-方管相贯节点的疲劳特性进行了分析,为工程应用做参考。主要内容如下:(1)系统的介绍了焊接结构疲劳分析方法理论,分别有热点应力法、有效切口应力法、局部应力应变法。(2)验证了用数值方法进行热点应力分析的可靠性,详细的分析了N型圆管相贯节点在平衡轴力作用下的支管和主管热点应力集中系数(SCF)随几何参数的变化规律,得到了相应节点SCF的参数公式。(3)对轴力作用下Y型方圆相贯节点热点应力集中系数(SCF)进行了分析,得到了相贯节点SCF的变化规律和相应的参数公式。(4)对平衡轴力作用下的K型方圆相贯节点的应力集中系数(SCF)进行了分析,得到了相贯节点相应的SCF变化规律和参数公式。(5)采用有效切口应力法对轴力作用下的T型方圆相贯节点进行分析,验证了有效切口应力法评价相贯节点疲劳的可行性,得到了轴力作用下T型方圆相贯节点的切口应力集中系数参数公式。同时将有效切口应力法计算的相贯节点寿命与热点应力法进行了比较,符合良好。(6)采用局部应力应变法对轴力作用下的T型方圆相贯节点进行分析,通过修正的Neuber法计算节点的局部应力应变,所得的寿命与试验比较符合。
[Abstract]:Steel pipe structure is widely used in all aspects of society. In the process of use, the structure will be subjected to various fatigue loads, which will cause fatigue damage, and cause a huge engineering accident. In the past, the design of bearing capacity of steel pipe structure would be insufficient, and the fatigue life of steel pipe structure should be checked. Intersected joints are commonly used in steel pipe structures, which include circular steel pipe joints, square steel pipe joints, composite section pipe joints and so on. In the past, the fatigue characteristics of circular steel pipe and square steel pipe intersected joints were studied more, but the research of composite cross section joints was less. In this paper, fatigue characteristics of typical circular pipe and tubular / square tubular joints are analyzed by using various fatigue analysis methods of welded structures, which can be used as a reference for engineering application. The main contents are as follows: (1) the theory of fatigue analysis method for welded structures is introduced systematically, which includes hot spot stress method, effective notch stress method and local stress strain method. (2) the reliability of hot spot stress analysis by numerical method is verified. The variation law of stress concentration factor (SCF) of branch pipe and hot spot of N type circular pipe under balanced axial force with geometric parameters is analyzed in detail. The parameter formula of the corresponding node SCF is obtained. (3) the stress concentration factor (SCF) of Y-shaped circular intersecting joints is analyzed under axial force. The variation law of SCF and the corresponding parameter formula are obtained. (4) the stress concentration factor (SCF) of K-type circular intersecting joints under equilibrium axial force is analyzed. The corresponding SCF variation law and parameter formula of intersecting joints are obtained. (5) the effective notch stress method is used to analyze the T-shaped circular intersected joints under axial force, which verifies the feasibility of the effective notch stress method in evaluating fatigue of intersected joints. The parameter formula of notch stress concentration factor for T-shaped circular intersecting joints under axial force is obtained. At the same time, the life of intersected joints calculated by effective notch stress method is compared with that of hot spot stress method. (6) A local stress-strain method is used to analyze T-shaped circular intersected joints under axial force. The local stress and strain of the joints are calculated by the modified Neuber method, and the obtained life is in good agreement with the test.
